Horrible will definitely be contacting corporate about the lazy people they have working here. Instead of preparing my order they had the nerve to say that the bogo wings were online only which is a complete lie. If you don’t want to do your job quit but to blatantly lie is unacceptable. If I could rate 0 stars I absolutely would. Unbelievable

No wonder you’re rated 3.8! Absolutely disgusting experience.

I had my kids with me, and we had already ordered. While waiting, I saw one of the kitchen employees handling raw chicken with bare hands (NO GLOVES ) before tossing it into the fryer. On top of that, their T-shirts looked filthy, like they hadn’t been washed in weeks. The chicken came out Cold and wrong pieces (I pointed it out to the guy at the front, and instead of apologizing or showing any concern, he just coldly said, “What do you want? I can cancel your order.” No accountability, no basic hygiene, and zero respect for customers. I took the refund and walked out.
This place needs a serious health inspection I wish I can tag Popeyes corporation here, but I will make sure to report them to the corporate office as well.

The manager is a jerk.
They never answer their phone. I tried to order 100 pieces of chicken and the manager said I would have called in.
I showed him my phone wher I had called him 5 times.
They are horrible!
The manager has to be fired. He’d horrible with people
I went to Browns chicken and they made the chicken in 40 minutes.

I’m writing to report an upsetting experience I had at your [insert exact location or address] location on [insert date and time].

I politely asked to change my order, and the employee rudely told me I could not. When I tried to explain, they slammed the drive-thru window in my face—not once, but three times. Then, to make matters worse, the employee began recording me without my consent, which felt threatening and extremely unprofessional.

When I calmly asked to change my order, the employee rudely refused and slammed the drive-thru window in my face multiple times. After that, they began recording me, which felt intimidating, uncalled for, and meant to provoke a reaction.

I couldn’t help but feel like I was being treated this way because of my race. As a paying customer, I should not be treated with hostility or disrespect—especially for a simple request. This behavior felt not only unprofessional but possibly racially motivated, and that is deeply upsetting.

I’m asking for this to be investigated immediately. I would like to know what action will be taken to make sure no one else experiences this kind of mistreatment.

The manager is rude and also he gave me a fake name of the rude weird guy that tried to swing on me closing the window told me his name was Michael you can see him in the picture Teling him to move.

Second time I’ve been to this location and felt unwelcome. If you’re any other ethnic background other than the Hispanic culture you aren’t greeted properly and almost ignored, and it’s definitely not a language barrier because I am fluent in Spanish.

Tonight I made it to Popeyes around 10:50 pm located 2350 Ogden Ave Lisle IL, 60532. There was a Hispanic man who was taking my order and he presumed to be very rude! He kept talking over me and rejected a bunch of items I inquired about. I wanted fries and because they closed in a hour and 15 minutes he refused. I couldn’t have Mac and cheese and he wanted me to get away with hurrying me. I pulled up to the window and by then he was furious. He complained that he was tired and had been at work for 15 hours. To top it off a bug flew in the window and right into the bag of food! Before handing me the bag I tried telling him the bug had flown in the bag but he still remained disrespectful towards me. I asked for his supervisor and he said he was the manager! He told me his name was Frenando but I didn’t believe him at all.! I hope these are not customer service representatives that Popeyes are associated with! Better customer service is what generates greatness
