Went to this location and had to wait for someone who spoke English. My order was wrong and when I stated it was wrong if they can please fix it they gave me a refund. I waited 15mins for 5 other people to go ahead of me. When I ordered before them. Horrible service. Will not be going back to this location.

I received a recommendation from a family member that this Popeyes is the best in the area. Boy were they wrong! I walk in to place my dine in order, the older CSR wouldn't even look at me while taking my order. Asking for condiments seemed like an inconvenience. I order a 3 piece combo. My leg and wing tasted okay, not very hot but okay. The minute I bit into my thigh, it was as old as ADAM! I was done. The rest went to the garbage.

Ordered on the app on 10/19 after returning home from a flight, was suppose to get 3 tenders and only got 2 which was super hard from the middle of the tenders to the end had to throw them away, fries were very oily and burnt, biscuits were hard as a brick and chicken was cold. This is the second time at this location I had bad service through the app. I'm done with Popeyes. I believe I can get better service elsewhere.

The chicken was genuinely terrible. It was all breading when I bit into it and was tiny. I'm sure other Popeye's aren't this bad.
In reply: it was at 8:30pm on Monday October 6th and I ordered inside. Each piece of chicken was hollow between the breading and the meat.

Store closes at 1 AM. Placed a drive thru pick up order at 12:05ish and got there around 12:15 AM.
No one was answering the mic, and the lights closed on me. Asked one of the workers that happened to be outside cleaning and he said sorry weâre closed to which I told him about my order, to which he replied âdonât worry weâll make itâ.
I pull up to the window and another guy comes up to me and says âwhatâs going on weâre closedâ and I explain the situation to him but he was dismissive and told me they never got a ticket for it, all the while showing on the app that the order was being prepared.
Donât get me wrong food here is decent but the service is almost always atrocious. (Wasnât the first bad interaction with the second guy)
Whoever works your dinner shift needs to have better customer service skills. I just visited this location at 5:20 pm and the man that was there was very rude and inpatient. I was telling my order and the man literally said âOh my Godâ like I was getting on his nerves. First and foremost I am a customer, there is no way for him to talk to a customer like that. Itâs already hard enough trying to get them to understand English and then for him to be rude thatâs crazy. This isnât the fist time either, this particular employee is always rude every time I visit this location. If you donât like your job or people then this job isnât for you!
