Took 20 minutes for my 1 coffee although drive thru customers only had a minute or so wait Will not he returning for anymore overpriced coffee that takes longer than a steak to prepare

It's been about five years since the pandemic, before my daughter when I was last inside a location. The furnishing's ricks extremely bearing, not as lush as they've been in decades before. The offerings in the retail section were very minimal. The staff spent most of their time talking with the drive through and coordinating the tasks inside. I had to ask where to find the drinks on the board that would be okay for my four-year-old to drink. As I clearly don't want to order her coffee. I just found this experience underwhelming and not a valuable use of my time. I can make a better cup of coffee at my house.
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and felt that I was given a pumpkin spice cappuccino instead, but the staff was moved on to other tasks before I could raise any concern.

There was a guy that didn’t seem too bright making my drink, made it wrong twice before I finally gave up and left and just threw away my drink, never have ever had that issue at another coffee shop ever

You can tell she truly cares about the customers and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She's the kind of team member that makes a place stand out.

Most Starbucks are tanking. I have been drinking there coffee for over 30 years. Whoever is in charge in Seattle ... you have screwed Starbucks up for us. Some of the stores... I will never go back. Rude people ! Now looking for other places to go with good coffee. I have found them. Starbucks is always choice 3 or 4 now. Congratulations Seattle. I am fed up with being served by entitled they, its, dolphins, polar bears and whatever only to be treated with nasty rudeness. REALLY SEATTLE. I spoke with your corporate people 30+ years ago about buying a franchise. They said no because they were concerned about the quality of the product if things were going bad for a franchise owner. We'll corporate Seattle? I bet you think you guys are awsome?
