It's usually pretty peaceful and a great place to focus. However the last couple times I've come in the afternoon the workers were in the back and when the girl who was working the front register came from the back with her phone out. And today I'm here and the music is so loud I can't concentrate or focus and can hear the music over through my headphones over my music.

Update: Manager did reach out to me, but we missed one another and haven’t been able to connect since. The photo below is my last order, which again was wrong. I ordered two trentas but got the smallest size for one of them. So I’d like to know, to the reply from owner below, how this has anything to do with Uber eats. Thanks 1/9/25

Do not waste money at this location. They will always forget to put at least one of your items in the bag. The presentation is subpar. And I just called about my second missing item for my order, a second time this week. And I got redirected to the store phone (which I had just called). That was the help I received and now I will go into the store and see what they will do about my missing food. The lady on the phone told me her staff said it was in the bag. Next time I will be sure to record a video of me receiving the sealed back directly from my Uber delivery person. The work ethic there is lazy, sloppy, and unprofessional. Please, there’s a million of Starbucks around, do NOT waste a dime at this location. Absolutely trash. Need better management and employees who know how to pack a $8 sandwhich into a paper bag.

They take forever they give u a cup full of coffee that you can’t hold it and need to wipe the whole cup down they charge you for extra caramel, and they never put caramel

This started happening since Feb so I’m not sure if it’s new staff or what, I always do mobil order and go through the drive thru and out of the last 7 times I’ve order 4 times they have messed up at least one drink. They always fix it for me but it’s definitely a pain to park and go in to ask for them to fix it.

Total mess. They do not prepare things in order and that means you can wait 30 minutes for a lemonade. Go to another location.

The man taking my order was extremely rude and was constantly rolling his eyes at me. When I asked what the lavender drinks tasted like he said “like lavender….” and was super rude and talked with that tone that showed he didn’t care about you at all. At least put on a fake smile. Extremely disappointed. Btw it was a tall man with long dark hair. I have already seen another 1 star review about him. He is working in the customer service field. He should not be making customers scared that he’s going to spit in their drinks. I usually have good Starbucks experiences, but this was insane. This might have ruined the whole thing for me. I was planning on coming again tomorrow, but I have no desire to anymore. I really hope the do something about this sad man and maybe get him a therapist so he can squeeze out at least one smile. I really can’t believe it. Did I mention he , I’m guessing purposely, messed up my drinks. He took all the syrups out of my coffee so they tasted extremely bitter. I sadly didn’t drink it until I had already left so I didn’t go back in and confront him but my experience was so HORRENDOUS that I felt like I had to write this review to warn you! I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAD TO FOR THIS CRAPPY CRAPPY EXPERIENCE!!!

So, my wife and I come in all the time. Today, I had ordered a Venti Honey Citrus Tea and I spilled it over me in the car when I was on a call. I came back and went to order another one, ready and willing to pay. I told the hostess jokingly about what happened and she gave me a new one for free. I was stunned, and very appreciative of this attention to customer service. Thank you for making my day!

Very clean and comfortable setting. Ordered a Refresher and Iced coffee. They put way too much ice in their products. You are only receiving a 1/2 cup of the drink your ordering.
