We ordered a 12pc. and 8pc. fried chicken dinners. The chicken was greasy and salty. It was the worst chicken I've ever gotten from a KFC in my entire life. I will never buy their chicken again.

My brother and I came in here yesterday to order the new $3 cheesy melt grilled steak burrito. I also ordered a Beefy 5- layer Burrito and nachos with cheese. I highly recommend the new $3 cheesy melt grilled steak burrito. It's really good. Kudos to the cook as the meal was delicious. This is our go to Taco Bell.

Hoping this place gets closed down🤞one of the worst taco bell locations ever.. these ½ and ½ establishments are absolutely terrible.
I went to order a lot of food for my family and whatever girl was working the drive thru on 12/19/24 around 3:40PM was extremely rude. After I ordered some meximelts off of the decades menu she told me they don’t sell them anymore and I asked if they could still make them (they’ve done this for me in the past pre decades menu) and she said rudely and loudly “if you want to pay for all of the extra ingredients.” I’ve frequented this location and always had nice people until today. I took my $50 for the large order I was placing and drove off. It looks like Taco Bell is indeed still serving meximelts. Not sure why would would lie and go out of her way to be so rude when I was polite and about to spend a good amount of money there. She shouldn’t be working in customer facing industries.

This was always the best Taco Bell location because the food was always made well. Now, this is one of the worst locations. The last two times I went I noticed tomatoes grilled into the outside of the crunchwrap, tomato cores that should be thrown away placed on the inside of the wrap twice in a row now, barely any beef inside, and too much cheese sauce. The last two times I ate here it is like a different restaurant which I will not go back to. Some employee needs to learn how to cook for real. It's too bad since this was the best Taco Bell I have been to until they hired someone who doesn't know how to cook. I'll be driving down 53 to go to the Taco Bell in Bolingbrook next time. The new employees should be fired and start over the restaurant is disgusting now.

-4 stars for cost. 4 tacos and a drink $15! Bullshit! No more Taco Bell for me. $15 I can make 20 tacos, way more than 4. Taco Bell can go to hell. Food was good, and so was the service. Just not worth the $$$.
