Wonderful experience making homemade cheese! Very hands on, thank you!
Just finished the Italian Cheese Making class with Chef Stef and Michaelina. What a fun experience! I have never made cheese before and I was impressed with the ricotta and mozzarella that we took home, and I have the confidence to try this at home. Super tasty snacks in between instruction, too! Don’t hesitate to book this class for an awesome experience with friends and family.
This cheese making class was amazing!! Would absolutely do it again! Stephanie was an incredible Instructor and the “ snacks” were …well come on it’s cheese! Delicious.
