I visited Afterthought Brewing Company on 6/24 during the day. I visit craft breweries as a hobby (approximately 170 with this brewery at the time of writing). Afterthought with its very specific focus on a specific type of beer (saisons) reminded me of Funk Factory Geuzeria in Madison. It's also similar with its narrow focus as Supermoon Brewing in Milwaukee. I like and appreciate this very specific artisan style brewery even if its beer doesn't match my tastes.
