Exceptional beer and BYO food. Friendly people.
Definite must in your in the Chicago area & a fan of sours. Honestly would have been happy to make an evening out of trying everything they had to offer. Friendly knowledgeable staff & fellow patrons.
Some of the best spontaneous beers around. Each time I come to Chicago, this has become a must stop. Billy has served me multiple times and always made me feel welcome. If you like tart, funky, but still easy to drink beer, give em a shot. Brew more table beer please ?

Low key, friendly brewery with interesting collection of house and guest brews. No IPAs, which was great - these are over done.
Great staff creative beers so happy that it is so close to my house! Now get some better signage so I don't miss it when driving past!
Before I arrived, I thought this was just a bottle shop with a couple tiny tables. I was wrong! There is a whole bar area, tons of guest beers, and very friendly staff. The beer is fantastic; that goes without saying? Stop on in!Psst - There is also a patio area out back

Had a LOT of options but no descriptions. Not a good place for novice beer drinkers I guess. Place is a bit small and not in a cozy and comfortable way unfortunately.
Seriously creative and well done saisons and aged beers. Super friendly beertender, Bobby, was so knowledgeable and helpful. There were over a dozen interesting beers on tap plus dozens of cans, bottles and bombers to choose from served in high end glassware. Love your logo! The outside is less than welcoming as we we’re uncertain they were open. Inside was a completely different story with such well done unique beers. Kudos for creating amazing beers at this unassuming location.
Amazing brewery with insane selection
The location is small & cozy. Many local beers to choose from, not just their own. There saison beers are fruitful and full-bodied.
Lovely surprise and certainly amongst the best saisons I've had in the US.
