I came here on a Saturday when it was a busier day and all the workers had smiles on their faces and looked happy to be there. One worker in particular, was making the pretzels directly in front of the customers and was making all the children laugh and giggle. The food then turned out amazing and I would definitely go back.

Just had a fantastic experience at the Yorktown Auntie Anneâs. I went up to the counter to see if my âdairy freeâ daughter could have a little salt on the side to snack on since she couldnât eat my pretzel nuggets.
Not only did Ricky take the time to explain that the pretzel dough is dairy free, he said they could also make a special batch separate from the butter station and other possible cross contamination! He also explained they could do any of the other pretzel the same way, without butter!
My daughter loved the special batch he cooked up! Now we know for the future when we visit the mall.

I have tried to come to this location twice this week. First time we were told at 10:45 that pretzels were not ready and need another 20 min (mind you they open at 10). Today we came at 11 - lights are on, pretzels made yet no one has been here to serve customers. If you want a pretzel, this is not the place to go! When someone was finally there, they were sitting in the back, on their phone and said âsorry I was in the store roomâ.

I called for a refund on an order I never received since they were closed and never go a call back. Than the next day I got pretzel and they didnât add my cheese that I got too. As a person who works in the mall as well and need to take food quickly this Iis not very helpful.

Went to sit down and realized my pretzel was cold⌠I then went up to ask if it could be reheated and got a response of âwe donât have anything to heat it up in.â Was not offered a refund or even a fresh pretzel as the lady turned around and walked away. I just wanted a nice little snack while shopping in the mall and I ended up wasting my money.
