Went to sit down and realized my pretzel was cold… I then went up to ask if it could be reheated and got a response of “we don’t have anything to heat it up in.” Was not offered a refund or even a fresh pretzel as the lady turned around and walked away. I just wanted a nice little snack while shopping in the mall and I ended up wasting my money.

Had an online order order, pretzel out of stock, understandable, and the person behind the counter Was willing and help me out get another pretzel and was kind. I’ve been here many times. It is a very busy store, but they always make sure they take care of you quick.

I was here today (9/16/23) because I was in a nearby store when a young girl was having a medical episode. While the mom stayed with her daughter, I ran over to Auntie Anne's and ran to the head of the line to get a lemonade and pretzel. I'm sure there were some disgruntled people in line but most were understanding. The manager quickly gave me a pretzel and lemonade and told me "go!" and refused to take my money. The girl is ok - she and her mom took some time as she ate and drank. I stopped by again to thank the manager (and give him some money) for helping the girl get well enough to head home. Great service - very thankful for Auntie Anne's help in a crisis!

Ordered a pretzel and a water bottle and the workers couldn’t care less or even be respectful. Food is always good but the service is terrible

Their 10count mini dogs are always 9, sometimes 8. Never seen 10 yet. Today's was extra burnt.

At 12:15pm, I walked up as someone walked into the back area, I waited for ten minutes thinking they would come out. Then saw the light in the back turn off. I understand being short staffed and or needing to take a break. But either put a sign up saying so or communicate with customers on the matter, most will be more than willing to accommodate.

Always super nice people. Not many of these places left but I'm really glad for this location and the staff.

I always go to this location with my family shopping. But, I had a horrible experience with this location. I purchased two pretzels and I ask for them to be cooked fresh. This was yesterday March 21, 2023 at 8:00pm. I forgot the managers name and he was very rude. The woman that cooked my pretzels didn't watch the time on them. They were to busy laughing and talking with one another and didn't care about the customer. She let them burn up. Then tried to give me the burnt pretzels smh. They tasted disgusting and dry. I'm very disappointed with this location. I bought them because my 1 year old grandson loves them like me. He couldn't even chew them. I should have just got a refund and never order from them again. Just rude and very unprofessional to me. I will contact the corporate office today asap with my complaint. I am in the food industry as a Chef and owner of my catering business. I have never treated anyone like that.

Pretzel bites had been sitting for awhile. Right after we sat down with our half warm, slightly soggy bites, I watched an employee check the bites under the lamp and throw several cups in the garbage. They could have offered us fresh ones. We would have waited. I won’t go back.

the woman with the hot pink or red hair is incredibly rude and mean.

All pretzels were burnt. I told them and the girl did a new batch burnt again, the taste was awful. The cashier guy was eating and not at the register customers had to wait for him to notice they were there. I think the employees need training before they are left on their own. The manager left at 5 p.m and didn’t check what was going on. Who ever made the dough didn’t put the right amount of ingredients.

Pretzels stop being made by 645 or 7, so what you see is what you get if you show up around that time. They'll have already shut off the ovens.

It took about five minutes to be acknowledged by staff because they were talking about how much fun they had the night before. They gave out unfresh food, refused to speak to us afterwards and was very rude and unprofessional. John claimed that there was no corporate number and they couldn’t do returns even though the pretzel bites were rock solid. John also scolded an employee for attempting to help us out. I’d really like to speak to someone about my experience.
