Great burger and sandwich spot! I loved my Bad Donkey - a rueben on sourdough. Several desserts were visible during the meal. There was a variety of cupcakes, a huge cake and 2 smaller cakes. Desserts had dairy and vegan options, my eyes picked these: vegan nutella cupcake - this is scratch made since Nutella has milk in it using hazelnut, chocolate, some non dairy milks like soy/oat milk and I think coconut creme. I was impressed and it tasted like an amazing flavor I love .... "MORE". vegan five layer angel food & chocolate cake with lemon raspberry frosting - this is the kind of cake that would win awards at the country fair when I was a kid.

Delicious food. I got the Tyler Durden Cheesesteak (minus jalapeños) and it was great. My boyfriend got the Double Deuce and loved it. I could only eat half my sandwich cause it was super filling. The French fries were fine but the sweet potato waffle fries are totally worth it. You can eat inside or order to go. Definitely worth a visit

Highly recommend this place! They have a large variety of vegan options that a freshly made in house. They also have a lot of great options for adults, kids, and non vegans! The staff was super friendly and prompt!

I just finished my leftovers and I'm sad about it. I had only been to the Evantson location of Bat 17 so I was excited to give Lombard a go. Everything here was great. I brought my three year old here to have dinner with a friend on a Thursday night. Seats are mostly high tops, which aren't my favorite, but it's not the biggest of spaces, so I get it. Our server for the night was Briana. She was wonderful. Seriously, give this woman a raise! She was hostess + server and she was amazing. Super attentive, friendly towards my child, didn't miss a beat when she had four or so tables going at the same time. A+ amazing. For the food we got: sliders, pretzel nuggets, vegan potato salad, and vegan chicken sandwich. Honestly, everything was so good. That potato salad? Still thinking about it. If you are a dill lover, go have some! So fresh and somehow light for a potato salad. When I ordered the sliders, i figured they would be small and my kid could eat two of them LOL, nope. They're pretty big for sliders, almost the size of a regular burger! I had one, my kid had like half of one, and we had so much leftover to take home. The desserts looked fabulous, although I couldn't make it to dessert. Next time! I can't wait to go back!

I Tried to like this place but food seem to be too over priced for a regular burger to their skirt steak sandwich $18 bucks nope. Does seem like they ever got their breakfast going for the two months I visit this place. One Item I liked was their desserts.

Food was amazing and priced fair. My only issue was the food came out as the wrong menu item, which fine, things happen, but I was surprised they didn't make it right because my husband had to sit and watch me eat for ten minutes. Would have been nice to enjoy our meals together. Even a free dessert would have been polite in my opinion.. oh well, it was still great food!

Great little spot in restaurant strip area...service was great / burgers are probably the best I've had in a long time. We also tried the Reuben and that was good as well. Will be back for sure!

Having eaten here several times, it is wonderful. I have enjoyed every meal I have had here. The wait staff are awesome both friendly and helpful. It is a great vegan restaurant that you can bring non vegans to. Their burgers look amazing. The location is small but it is worth the wait.

We are vegan and have few options in the Chicago suburbs, so Bat 17 is a welcome gem. The food is consistantly great, with artful presentation and incredible, friendly service. We have tried several recipes, including the quesadillas and Chik'n Caesar salad, pictured here. Our carnie son was very pleased with the Sliders and we all loved the craft beer selection. We vowed to return monthly, to support this wonderful business.

In town for business so stopped in for lunch. There are several food options in the strip mall so we chose this restaurant because it was something we hadn't had before. I got the chicken salad sandwich with fries and my companion git thr tortilla soup and a burger with egg. My companion said the burger was probably one of the best he's had in a long time. The chicken salad sandwich was good but could have used a bit more salt. The portions are healthy so you won't leave feeling hungry for sure. They also had desserts so I got the Oreo cupcake and my companion got the chocolate chip cookie and neither of us was able to finish our desserts. Definitely would dine here again if I'm in Chicago.

It was a great stop. They have a good selection of vegan options and some things on the menu can be modified to be vegan as well. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We tried the pretzel bites with vegan cheese which were great. I had the vegan chicken tenders and my fiancée had the vegan fish tacos. Everything was really tasty and we'll definitely be coming back again.
