If I could give these people 0 stars I would. I went on Valentine’s Day this year. I don’t even put rating unless it’s the worse experience. Number 1, I reserved a spot at 8:45 and when I got there they told me and my girl it’s still another 45 min wait even with reservation. So after 1 hr past we get seated. The guy who cooking gave us sauce , and to look at my suprise, my girl had a FLY IN HER SAUCE.. so I showed him , he didn’t say sorry or nun just said he getting a new batch.. rice was so hard and had no flavor. The cook was not that bad but he just didn’t give good vibes considering it’s valentinesday. I should have got a discount on my food for having a fly in it . Anyway this is the second time WE WENT TO BENIHANA AT THIS LOCATION WHICH WAS HORRIBLE.. first time I went I never been to Benihana before! And I went to this one and I said never again.. the reason we went to this one again is because Cajun boil wait was over 2 hrs and we were starving and still had to wait another hour after reservation at this spot!!! Terrible experience. I advise people to go to habachi in orland hills, Orland park il. That’s been my favorite place ever.

Opar was amazing.. put on a real show for the entire family and food was amazing! Entire staff made the birthday of our 12 year old truly memorable 💖

Made a reservation for 5:15 pm. We all went out as a family. We arrived at the location at 5:00 pm, and there was a line. When we finally came up, they said it was a 45-minute wait. My son and his friends were just back in town from football break, so we had plans to go to a movie afterward. We were waiting until literally almost 6:00 pm to get seated. Then ate at the table, what a mess, forever to get service. Our chef was awesome, which is the only reason I even give any stars. They barely cleaned off our table. The chef even came, shoving food onto our plates, even when the Empty bowls just sat on our plates. I finally had to flag someone down to help. Bottom line: they are understaffed and absolutely unorganized in how to manage tables. It was crazy. Also, they were telling people it's first come first serve. They had no idea they even had reservations. I used resy. They need to know they don't honor reservations. I hope this helps!
