I will start by complementing the chef, performance and food was amazing. However, our server made this experience a bad one, 1st she messed up some orders, 2nd she tried to take my husband's food from under him when he wasn't done eating and still had plenty of it in the bowl, 3rd refused to give us the drinks we ordered and told me what she was going to serve me twice and 4th she kept ignoring our table when called. The audacity, like I know what I want, I am paying for it and your not my mother to stand there and tell me I don't want something, Im not going to get it and then telling me what I will get.

I went for my Birthday and had so much fun. The steak was great and so were the dumplings. I also love the entertainment and the way they cook the food. One more thing I’d like to say is that if you get a choice of steamed or fried rice, you need to upgrade to fried rice. It is the best I’ve ever had.

If you're coming to Benihana, you're coming for the show. A chef will slice and dice your food right in front of you, spinning spatulas and doing all kinds of crazy tricks with your food on a flat-top grill. To children, this is amazing. And if you have kids (maybe ages 6-10), Benihana is a worthwhile visit. For adults, the show is nice, but the food is the real focus... and I'm sad to say it's just mediocre. Everything you eat is drowned in butter and grilled. There's nothing wrong with that. But you won't really walk away talking about how great the food is. It's just fine. I liked Benihana. I may come back someday. But when I do, it will be more for the show than the meal.

Not the best experience… made a reservation and went at the time requested, had to wait another 10 minutes do to walk ins. Energy felt chaotic in a not good way. Food was good but the wait for it took about an hour after we were seated. Cook and server were good and respectful, people dining at our table got frustrated and left before the food arrived so everyone was affected by that as well due to the food portions coming out from the kitchen to be prepared. Everything that had happened negatively was out of our hands. For the price we paid it’s better to get hibachi elsewhere due to there being what seemed like smaller portions being given out.
