Yo I don’t know what everybody is saying here.. I saw the chef picking juicy boogers out of his nose but who am I to judge cause I do the same! It is an excellent seasoning. The food was extraordinary, and the chicken booger melted in my mouth. The girl with the colored hair poured me a vodka martini to die for. I will definitely be back with my wife and her boyfriend! Ps I met billy goat (the owner) he is very pleasant and was eating a plate of grass :)

Taste is poor, mixed greens salad has no mixed greens in it only iceberg lettuce, added patty which was pretty small and tasteless. Soup too salty and the vegetables aren’t done cooking. Unfortunately bad experience :(((

The chicken from the burger was tough, dry and tasteless. No joy, as there was also no flavorful sauce.
The Chicago Style Hot Dog just wasn't for me. Maybe it has to be like that, it was my first here and probably my last.
The cheese fries are served with a cheese-like sauce, somehow not what I expected from cheese fries.
Nevertheless, the price is quite ok.

The burger here were pretty good. The buns were fresh baked and hamburgers were made with unfrozen patties. Really good I will be back

Today I went to Yorktown mall my daughter wanted a grilled chicken sandwich we saw billy goats in the doorway there was a young man the cook digging in his nose nasty then I told my daughter we're not eating their that's nasty for you to be a cook and you're digging in your nose right in the doorway nasty. My daughter loves their chicken sandwiches but as of today we would never go back to the Yorktown mall Billy goats no Way.

Easter Bunny was supposed to stay until 8 pm. He left at 7:35 pm. Leaving kids in line waiting to take pics. All signs, website and QR code states April 8th until 8pm. A mall representative that came to diffuse the situation was rude. They had so many young children crying. So disappointing. Another mall going downhill. Thanks for ruining our family tradition of decades coming to Yorktown for the bunny.

Had a Italian beef/sausage combobeen having diarrhea all day and night

I will start off with saying the food was ok. I travel quite a bit and have gone to the tavern at Ohare, 100 times better. The area was messy, but it is the mall. The service was below average. It was very poor. I plan contact Billy Goat Corporate to discuss this experience. The order was wrong, would not fix, and other customers had similar experiences. DO NOT GO HERE. Try their other locations but stay away until issues fixed.

Subway sandwiches do taste better. Prices a little higher than expected.

Parking: Lots of parking outside the mall.

Watched reviews online about billy goat but not this particular place but either way we tried it. We ordered a double cheeseburger with tomatoes and lettuce and total disappointment. They used a cheap bun and the cheeseburger didn’t taste good. Should have gone to portillo’s instead.
