As much as I want to give business to local businesses its just hard when this place is ran so poorly. Every time we've come in the place is filthy. Service or I should say lack of service. Today's was the straw that broke the camels back. Wanted to eat with the fam and catch the game. Host offered us front seating area. I chose to sit in the bar area, more TVs. Sitting dead center of the bar area only table available , which was ideal for TV visuals multiple games being played . Anyway only needed 2 seats so we sat down where there was a nearly finished beer glass left. We sat opposite side of it. After waiting to be addressed for nearly 10 min. The server walks up to us. This table is dirty. We said yes we know. Can we get menus. He continues to walk away and says I will grab a towel to wipe it down. Several minutes pass and as we decided to just leave after seeing him just talk with other servers and the host. Seeing this we decide to just leave and eat elsewhere. He barks at us I am going to clean it now. We said no thanks we'll go elsewhere. Then him and the host laugh as we walk away frustrated.

Extremely bad service waitress disappeared after serving food had an hour wait to recieve bill. Bill incorrect and had to be corrected. Waitress had order wrong after repeating order back to make sure order was correct. Waitress did correct order but then tryed to charge for incorrect order. Talked with manager and he apologized but was unconcerned .

Went there with 3 ppl after we get the check our total was almost $140 paid that with credit and put $20 bill cash as a tip on the table before we left, next day find out that they charge us another $15 on the credit even after we signed both receipts .

Ordered takeout ahead of time but was not ready at designated time. But it only was 10 minutes pass that I had to wait. During that time the hostess/takeout worker kept me informed and was on top of trying to get my order to me as soon as possible. It was football game night. Service was great and the food stayed warm for the 20 minute drive home.

Ordered the 20 wing TRADITIONAL bundle on 10/08/25 its supposed to come with 4 sauces but only 5 came with sauce. They are ALL BONELESS.. And where are my fries? I asked for a refund still on 10/14/25 and the manager Terrell said he was to “Busy” for me

Bad Service!!! We have to wait over (50 minutes) to get my food, just Wings and MC and Cheese and I get the wrong wing sauce

I frequent this restaurant but after 10/1/25 I won’t be dining in here. My server ARIANNA tipped herself with my card and after speaking on the situation I found out other associates of mine had been here and the same thing has happened to them! It’s not about the money it’s the principle! How do you have people working for you that STEAL? Processing a tip without someone’s authorization is THEFT! You are indeed stealing and it’s sad but I’m grateful that her causing my Apple Pay to go negative brung this to my attention who knows how many people she’s done this to. It’s sad you can’t even get food these days. And she was a decent server.

Gena, the employee at the pickup counter, was downright rude and dismissive. She deliberately refused to hand me the order. Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. It felt personal and discriminatory

Not very accommodating. We walked in with an infant and asked for a booth because that's easier for us. There were 4 open booths (1 broken). The host awkwardly did everything to avoid us to sit in one. We gave up and took a table. Minutes later they sit two people in a booth. We were very confused at this point. Then we sat for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged after she said, if we sat a table we would be helped sooner. They weren't even that busy. We ended up leaving.

Terrible service. Incorrect order not once but three individual times!! Then management said they would take care of my next visit; which was also another lie.
Avoiding this place moving forward and going elsewhere.
