I've never been to this Buffalo wild wings before so I decided to give it a try on a Friday with my friend. Unfortunately they did not have any fish on the menu so I had to order the cauliflower. That was delicious. I never had an empty glass, and the bartender was very on top of things. Despite not having fish on Friday, I feel this Buffalo wild wings did meet my expectations. I don't believe in giving lower stars because of something not on the menu that I wanted. If any reviewer does that, ignore the review. But keep up the good job, I will definitely go back and I will also tell my friends and family about my experience.

I had an incredibly frustrating time at the restaurant. The service I received from the same server/bartender twice in a row was absolutely the worst. I wasn't assisted, my drinks remained empty for 25 minutes, and I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for some cold wings, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time we visited. Their excuse was that they were busy with pick-up orders, but when I called to see if that was true, they told me it would only take 30 minutes for pick-up. To top it off, I had to wait an extra 25 minutes just to get my boxes and check. The server/bartender we had a bad experience with seemed more interested in hanging out with co-workers and checking her Apple Watch than providing good service. Needless to say, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied.

Service was great. Food was not. I did a door dash a couple of weeks ago, then sat in today with the family.In both cases I was running to the bathroom an hour after the meal and afraid to get up. Something doesn't seem right with the wings... Tasting like they were left over or not cooked properly... And twice now.So I won't be ordering from this location again.

Tried to wait for a table at Buffalo Wild Wings in Lombard, usually have a good experience there. But the host wouldn’t even seat us (2 people)for 30+ minutes even though there were 5+ open tables with no one waiting in front of us. The host said that those table needed to be cleaned….Won’t give this location my business

Place is filthy. Clearly management doesn’t care about appearances. Service was awful, food came out cold after waiting for 45 minutes when the place was practically empty. Order was messed up, server was sitting in the corner on her phone the whole time. I’m not a doctor though it is my opinion my wife and I both got food poisoning. Reported to Dupage Health Department and on the Buffalo Wild Wings site.
