The service at this place is usually decent however tonight it was ridiculous. The young guy behind the counter was extremely rude. After placing an order online and receiving a text message for the order being ready I still went in about 10 mins after. I waited the extra 10 minutes because in the past I’ve had to wait even after I was told the order was ready. Anyway I waited about 5 mins before the guy asked me about my order and told me to wait. Now I could see my order ready as it was behind him on the rack with my name on it. He kept handing orders to other while I’m waiting. So finally I asked him if he can just hand me the order as it’s just sitting there. The guy got upset and literally threw it at me. I’m sure the management can see this if they review the video. The only reason I would go to this place in the future is the burgers as my 7 year old loves it. I think mgmt should invest in teaching their employees some customer service skills if not just some basic manners.
I come here often, and it is amazing every time. The food never disappoints and is always fresh which really elevates it. The pairing of some bumper sauce as well as super fresh meat and onions will always slap. In terms of service, always great. They’re friendly and the ordering board electronically is super effective. They also pretty much never get the order or customizations wrong. And the atmosphere is a chill little burger joint style. Just everything here is awesome. This is where I go when I want a good burger and want to hate myself.It’s greasy. It’s gross. Your stomach will hate you afterwards. But you will enjoy every bite.Their seasoned fries are good too.This location has very limited parking and seating, and drive through can be a very long wait.It is also halal.

Service is extremely slow, place is run down (drive-through speaker is broken). Went in shortly before they closed once and they told me my veggie burger would take too long for them to be bothered to make it.
Asked for a burger with ketchup, mayo, and bumper sauce on the side. I got a burger with ketchup and mayo in their own dishes and no bumper sauce. Kinda disappointing to pay $13 for a burger you have to assemble yourself and they missed the one reason I come to this place. The only saving grace was the fries.

Burgers are great and always fresh. The fries are terrible, but that’s not their fault as all fresh cut fries taste awful. Also please get a better drive through speaker
