Disappointing all around. Bad service, bad food, reservation system wasn't properly working and we had to wait. Will definitely not be returning, there's plenty of great breakfast spots and this ain't one of them. On a positive note it's decorated nicely.

Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe is your typical breakfast spot. The location was convenient. It is located at Yorktown mall and you can walk off what you ate afterwards! There were a lot of staff working and they were attentive. The restaurant was not too busy at 9AM and it was very clean. I ordered the country fried steak and my boyfriend ordered the cereal killer French toast. Everything tasted good. I've been here once a few years ago but there wasn't really anything that was a wow factor for me. I would return!

Nice and bright; I like the ambiance and natural bright light from the windows. Overall, food was good, however service was mediocre. Server was not attentive and didn't check in on us; hence 3 stars it is Portions were good compared to the price point. At every table, there's plenty of flavored creamers, jams, and sweeteners. Here's what we ordered: - Signature Honeyberry french toast $15: toast was thick, a bit on the dry side. Flavorful with mascarpone, berries, and fresh berries -Florence Benedict $15: exactly what I wanted. Perfect poached eggs with bacon & spinach -South of the Border Skillet $17: great combination with chorizo, avocado, and other flavors. I would order it again. -Carnivore Skillet $16: a bit dry, but understandable since it's only meat and hash browns -Latte $6: milk and coffee combo was nice but vanilla flavor was a bit too much adding artificial flavor to the coffee. Next time, I'll opt for coffee -coffee $3.50: bottomless coffee with refill coffee... who would complain? Overall, experience wasn't bad because food was good. I'd give it another try.

we went to celebrate a birthday they made us wait 30 minutes because they are busy after sitting down we waited an hour for the waitress when she was passing by we told her that we were ready to order and she ignored us and went into the kitchen and never came out we are very disappointed at the to the attitude of the waitress more because we love to go for special occasions

The food was good. Had the Corned Beef Hash skillet. It was good, but the presentation was blah. Over medium eggs that were a bit scorched/too brown although yolks were still liquid. This was on top of hash browns and cubes of Corned Beef. When it was set down in front of me at the table, I honestly was expecting this to not be good based on the appearance. Thankfully however, it was good. I ordered it with the side of pancakes and gravy which were also good. I would have scored them higher, except for 2 glaring problems/issues. About the same time that the food was delivered to the table there was heavy metal music playing; which is wholly out of place at a bright and cheery breakfast place at 10:00 in the morning(meant to take a picture of the food, but I was fixated on trying to flag someone down to ask if they could please change the music). Second issue was the service. It wasn't bad, but it was also very lackluster and disinterested. No smile no greeting and didn't check back to see how the food was. It wasn't bad, but it was the polar opposite of overly attentive. It was non-attentive and just blah. Not sure if I would come here again

The service was good. My mom's and my sisters meal was great. Do not order the Florentine eggs Benedict unless you want a pound of bacon with your eggs Benedict. Sorry it was way too much. Instead go for heart healthy items which they do well. Love the space and ambiance

Yum yum yum!! I tried many different things off the menu, and everything was delicious. My favorite was the chiliqulies because the chips didn't get soggy and had tons of flavor! The pancakes and fresh toast were great, too. The place is really nice from the inside, and the staff is fantastic! Our waiter was attentive and always checked in with us! I'll be back!
Racist server kept walking past us and ignoring us . It took 20+ minutes to get our check. Then she proceeded to roll her eyes at us. She never came and check on us. The bigger Hispanic lady . Also it's a 12 year old server working there as well

I came in today with Family for father's day. I've been here a few times and OH MY GOSH! The servers here are genuinely so kind. Never once has there been any kind of issue or arguments. I'm a pretty quiet person, so I really do appreciate how the staff doesn't yell at me to be louder (I have bad social anxiety, so the servers being kind gives a very calming atmosphere.) They always just come over to me and have me repeat myself. The servers always bring a smile to my face. Also! The kind ladies in the front of the store greeting everyone and saying "Happy Father's day!" to all the dads made more than the dads happy. I was a daughter and hearing them tell my dad happy fathers dad left me smiling. I got a crepe and let me just say, the crepes here are astonishing! They have amazing flavor, and are visually appetizing. The sandwiches they have there all look very good, and nothing there has ever tasted bad. I love this place so much and I am SO beyond happy that this location was set up. Thank you so much! I do have one thing, this is not meant to be rude, just a comment. Today, a lot of people ordered a side of pancakes and didn't receive them. Im'm not sure what the problem was, but you did bounce back when they asked for the pancakes again. Other than that, though, spectacular food and amazing service! Thank you all so much for making such an at atmosphere that draws people into Honey Berry!

Went to Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe in Aurora IL and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. We waited a bit longer than expected but it was worth the wait. We went the traditional breakfast eggs, pancakes, bacon, and hash browns. The meal did not disappoint and the servings were enough to feed a family of four. The service and customer service was awesome. I would certainly recommend this restaurant. It is located in the mall so you can walk off the pounds when you finish eating.

So i ordered a black iced coffee and it came with Cream? So I said can I get it black like I asked then the fat manager interrupted me and said that's how our iced coffee comes and I'm being rude. Meanwhile she was outside on her phone since I stepped in. I really liked this place because of my past servers and their mimosas. But who ever is that Latina on her phone outside the restaurant should b fired. And she should know her weight is the outcome of her on her phone doing absolutely nothing. It's been a while since I been here but it's totally different. Get rid of that mean lady I'd say!
