Food is great but customer service is terrible. Guy accused me and my friend of stealing drinks that we brought from home, then when we showed him that it’s a coke zero (which they don’t sell) and a water bottle, he rolls his eyes and says “oh…sorry abt that”. Completely unprofessional, if you’re gonna accuse someone of stealing, make sure you’re right!

Having good food, terrible service and atmosphere doesnt add up. Terrible service as the workers wasnt doing their job as I was waiting for a Centro beef burger took 30 minutes. Other better places in the area. Isn't keeping up with the competition. Will not come again

We got 2 sliders each (1 beef and 1 chicken) and the portions were very small compared to what was expected.

If you want a fantastic burger for a great price, genuinely this is the best place in Lombard to go. Fries are excellent. Place is clean and kitchen is clean too. No fancy stuff, just great food. Personally, I love getting the single burger with fries (I feel like double patty is too much meat). Try it. You wont regret it. Its a staple in the area.

Quite the hole in the wall, order from kiosk only, food came out hot and quick. The Centro sauce is your basic thousand island base (minus relish), burger had an interesting seasoning, and almost had a white castle feel. Fries were very crispy and good. Overall, it's not bad
