Ordered the double cheeseburger and was impressed right away by the portion—generous patties, plenty of cheese, and a solid spread of Centro’s special sauce. The patty was juicy and flavorful, especially after asking for less salt (worth doing). Soft, slightly sweet potato bun, crisp fresh lettuce, and everything came together cleanly.
You can watch the cooks make it through the open window, which adds to the experience. Overall, a really solid burger and easily the best I’ve had in Lombard so far. Definitely recommended if you’re in the area and craving a good burger.

I ordered 3 beef burgers and fries over the phone,after 15 min went to pick up…when I went to pick up it was not ready…he made infront of me and I had to wait 20 min…after all that when we had the burger it was salty seemed he added 2 times the salt and fries tasted bad seemed old oil…and the patty was thin…he was talking in some other language had ear pods on,was not paying attention on his work…he was talking to someone…

Food is great but customer service is terrible. Guy accused me and my friend of stealing drinks that we brought from home, then when we showed him that it’s a coke zero (which they don’t sell) and a water bottle, he rolls his eyes and says “oh…sorry abt that”. Completely unprofessional, if you’re gonna accuse someone of stealing, make sure you’re right!

Having good food, terrible service and atmosphere doesnt add up. Terrible service as the workers wasnt doing their job as I was waiting for a Centro beef burger took 30 minutes. Other better places in the area. Isn't keeping up with the competition. Will not come again

We got 2 sliders each (1 beef and 1 chicken) and the portions were very small compared to what was expected.
