That said, the self-service kiosk experience feels a bit underwhelming, and the atmosphere could use some attention. The space is fairly bare, with minimal furniture and no background music, which makes the overall vibe feel a little flat.
Still, the food is the star here, and it truly elevates the entire experience. If you're there for a great burger above all else, Centro is absolutely worth the visit.

After renovations spot has lightened up. They do need more sitting options and comfort in mind. Burgers are always fire. Service takes some time if rush time, otherwise lads are doing good in the kitchen.

Ordered burger, fries and a hot dog via Uber Eats delivery. The burger was average, the fries were good, but the hot dog was something from outer space. I've eaten every brand of hot dog in Chicago from Vienna, to Best kosher, to Oscar Meyer, to ballpark franks. This hot dog was the worst. The meat was dark in color and the outer skin was tough. It was flavorless and smothered in mustard - probably to hide the bland meat. YUK!!!

My husband and I ordered from this restaurant for dinner tonight on Uber eats because they had a good promotion, so we decided to try it out. Although the food was packaged well it arrived super cold. We have tried several burgers from many many restaurants, while this one was a pretty good size it just had a weird aftertaste and wasn’t good. We didn’t enjoy it and didn’t finish it. The fries were stale and had absolutely no favor and to top it off they forgot to include our drinks in our order🥤 we love trying and supporting small businesses, but this will be our last time ordering from this place.

The burgers we got were cold specially the bun and so were the fries. The patty seemed like it was either refried or warmed in the oven.
