Iv’e been trying to get my W-2’s from this place for a month now. They won’t talk to you about anything unless you fax something over to them. After a month and sending them 2 faxes, still no W-2’s in the mail. I ended up calling which rang and rang until it went to voicemail. It told me to leave my name and number and they would get back with me but of course the inbox was full. So I just kept calling and calling until some finally answered and this lady proceeds to tell me the only lady that can help me is out until Tuesday. This place is ridiculous.

I have been going to the Beckley road Taco Bell for a while now. On my receipt, it shows Chicago diversified foods. This taco bell SUCKS !!! I am not usually this opinionated about a food chain, but that store has NO CONCEPT of sense of urgency. I takes a mimimum of 12 minutes to get your food. I have finally had enough. I have sent emails to the tb cooperation with no change. They don't care, so I stopped going. Please understand..... I love taco bell, I am simply extremely frustrated with this location.Thanks for reading.

As a commercial mechanical contractor I am in and out of countless kitchens -Subways, McDonalds, Applebee's, etc..., and the Taco Bells operated by this company are by far the cleanest and best run restaurants I have ever seen! Their food safety standards far exceed any health department requirements. The quality of employees and products served are are truly well above the rest! I highly recommend you visit one of the many restaurants operated by Chicago Diversified Foods!
This is regarding my service at this companies Three Rivers, MI Taco Bell location. I was in the drive though for 24 minutes and ended up with cold food. The staff was not real friendly and just downright slow and inattentive. VERY poor management overall.

I have gone to my local store 3 times in the past 6 weeks specifically to purchase yor new biscuit taco and every time you have been out forcing me to buy something I was unprepared for only to get it home and find out because of allergies I cannot eat it. You have lost a loyal customer because of your crappy business practices.
