Lady at the desk is horrible service November 1 2024
Lately the cooks just haven’t been the same at making the meat I ask for extra well done that I’m in no rush and there is no line or anyone else ordering he leaves the meat all cruda this cilantro will be closing down soon you can tell by the no lines when you go

Ordered a steak meal for $15, they gave me little meat on it, went to reclaim about it, and some tall guy gave me attitude about it.

Well, I really like cilantro, but the lady who serves very badly, she spent all her time talking on the phone while she was serving and charging people, she never stopped talking on the cell phone, she even rushed me to order, super bad 😒

Port tamales smelled like spoiled meat when I complained they acted like they didn’t understand English. Wd nver go back. Also they disappear and hide in back whole time was there. Uber drivers waiting to pick up food orders nobody at the counter.

They have the menu prices different from what they are charging. They are over charging customers. When I asked the cashier she said it’s tax. I informed her that the tax should be added to the menu price! And that they are overcharging customers!
I have frequented this location due to its convenience and that is my fault. There has been 1x out of numerous ( more than 10) where they have given me the correct order. It does not matter if I order in English or Spanish, they are committed to giving customers what they want you to have vs what you order. I order onion and cilantro and they give me lettuce and tomato. I order extra rice or beans, and they do not give it to me. It is 100% the cashiers and not the cook. Each time I have to repeat myself, check my receipt and then go back and demand what I ordered.

They make you wait a long time staring at your order ready and sitting inside until somone hands it to you. Not to mention the low quality of the food.

Yesterday, Sunday, we went to eat there, we loved the food, we ordered tacos de tripe dorado and tacos de azada. Orders of rice and beans and sauces were all delicious and fresh. They served us quickly and are very nice.

Daughter ordered a burrito and a Chile relleno taco and was just given a chile relleno without the tortilla. Took it back to ask for the tortillas where at that point the pepper was taken back from my tray and put back on the grill to cut it in half and then serve it to me on a tortilla. The pepper wasn't even half and the price for it was $4. I asked for a refund and they gave me a hard time because according to them they don't serve a full pepper for a taco. I have gotten them before and was given the full pepper. On top of it the burrito had no flavor. Will definitely not come to this location again.

My family and I have always eaten and the things. The food, the service have always been very pleasant and we returned home very happy but TODAY, SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26, with 40 MINUTES left of what they will be, A VERY BAD LADY WAS SERVED BY A VERY BAD LADY UNTIL QUIZO AND PUT MORE ATTENTION IN CHOOSING HER MUSIC THAN ATTENDING TO US IT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT TO BE REPEATING HER WHAT WE WANTED FOR THE BOLUME OF HER MUSIC AND CAREFULLY WE LET HER KNOW THAT SHE WAS WRONG SHE GOT ANNOYED AND RAISED HER TONE AT YOU WHEN SHE WAS THE ONE WITH THE MISTAKE. IT RUINED OUR DAY, EVERYTHING WAS VERY BEAUTIFUL, I COULD NOT ENJOY MY FOOD. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE PREVIOUS STAFF BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY ATENTIVE, RESPECTFUL AND VERY NICE AND OUR FOOD WAS VERY TASTY BUT EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED AND FROM NOW ON WE WILL THINK ABOUT GOING TO EAT THERE AGAIN. $81 spent and not being able to enjoy my food ??. The decision to eat there was because my children like to eat there and they were already very hungry. But now I doubt we will return.

Terrible service from the cashier on closing duty on Sundays, we arrived with 10 to six and she yelled in our faces that everything was over and turned on the music at full volume, and it's good that there was no more service but there are better ways formal and less rude to say
