The only thing I get mad in this place is the way the manager treat her employees! We are in America not in your country that you can treat people how ever you want, you should at least respect them little bit and stop yelling like crazy.

We bought two cinnamon rolls, but they charged me over $16. When we got home, we discovered only one was in the bag, though there were two forks inside. We immediately called, and the employee answered but hung up while we were explaining the situation. We called her again but She then sent us to the voicemail that was completely fully inactive. Was extremely rude.

Communication was challenging. They don't answer their phone not voice mail. Couldn't even leave a message. Miss the cupcakes.
Parking: I'm for court, second floor. Not super easy to get to.

I came here for T-Mobile Tuesday bogo…. While I appreciated the fast service… I didn’t appreciate the old Cinnabons.

I have been coming to Cinnabon in Yorktown for years. I've never encountered anything outside of genuine smiles & great hellos. Well, that changed today:( I got my usual. A pecanbon with a side frosting. As the cashier rung up my order & I paid for it...I asked her "May I have a courtesy cup of water & she looked at me & said that's going to be $1.00...I asked when did you guys start charging for a courtesy cup of water...she immediately blamed it on the owner. I could almost understand if I hadn't purchased anything, but I just spent nearly $11.00 in this establishment & you can't give me a courtesy cup of water. I sat down & ate my pecanbon & as I got ready to leave the mall...I went back & asked her for their corporate number...she started fidgeting as if she couldn't find it...she wouldn't give me any eye contact...she gave me the Cinnabon number off the bottom of the box...I asked her name...then she goes...I'm the owner...I said ok...May I ask your name...again she replied...I'm the owner...I just said thank you. As a business owner myself, I would never treat anyone this way...to deny a paying customer a cup of courtesy water is beyond pitiful. She showed absolutely no common courtesy...nonewhatsoever. As for the owner who didn't want to tell me her name...I pray that you would have a change of heart as to how you treat your customers & perhaps anyone else that may look like me. This review is not intended to be mean or disrespectful...I'm writing this review...praying that you would do some self-examination. It's way too much competition out here for you to be so cold-hearted. I go where I feel appreciated & valued...I truly didn't get that from Yorktown Mall Cinnabon on July 12th 2024 at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Diana was so kind and helpful! Very fast service and quality experience! We are a family of 5 and every one was satisfied with their order. This was our best experience at a Cinnabon restaurant!! Highly recommend the Cinnabon at Lombard Yorktown Mall! We will be back! Again and again! Thank you Diana ?

This branch has the friendliest staff who made me feel like family with their warm personalities. I usually get my personal favorites, the sweeties, and they've always been warm and freshly made. The location is convenient for me since it's inside the Mall's food court, so it's very convenient to get some Cinnabon right after having a meal. All in all, I give this branch a thumbs up!

Very bad communication between employees, I waited 30 min for some bonbites when she said it was going to be 15 min. The prep lady didn’t know I was waiting because the lady who took my order didn’t informed her. Then she gives me the order all mad without even apologizing for the wait. Really bad service!!! Not coming back!!

I wanted 3 cinnamon rolls, but they tricked me into getting a 4th, I took them back to my table to find that the icing wasn't melted at all. I went back and asked if they could melt the icing, and they put them in i think a microwave for around 15 seconds, and handed them back to me. I went back to my table, only to find that the the icing was still not melted at all, and in fact was cold. This was upsetting.
We liked it a lot. Cinnabons tasted fantastic! They had warm cinnabons even 10 minutes before they’re closing. What I didn’t like is that they show no prices so you need to ask everything.
