Very bad communication between employees, I waited 30 min for some bonbites when she said it was going to be 15 min. The prep lady didn’t know I was waiting because the lady who took my order didn’t informed her. Then she gives me the order all mad without even apologizing for the wait. Really bad service!!! Not coming back!!

Since when did a single roll go up to $6.29 at Yorktown? Fox valley location is priced at $5.69 also noticed literally no frosting on rolls but you can buy another for $1.00 WOW! Time to skip this place. Long lines and no help at the counter make it easy

This is inside the Yorktown mall. Service was fine, pretty fast. They had pricing for drinks but I did not see any pricing for food items. We got the classic roll and it ended up being a little over $7. The classic roll we had was fresh out of the oven and delicious, it was good perfectly. Definitely a good treat if you're walking around the mall.

OOEY GOOEYThe classic Cinnabon never goes out of style, but the customer service is far from sweet.Anyone not living under a rock has surely had a Cinnabon at some point in their lives. You can find them in airports, malls, and even some amusement parks. This location has held its spot at the front of Yorktown Mall's foodcourt for decades.Apart from the OG Cinnabon ($6), they also offer the delectable caramel Pecanbon ($5.79), miniBons (a smaller version of the original for $5), "bon bites" (a 4ct of bite-size versions for $5), the center of the roll ($5.69), a churro swirl, and cinnasweeties (5ct for $4; Taco Bell also has these on their menu). You can get a to-go pack of 4 original rolls for $18.Their signature drink -- a Chillatta -- is a sugary coffee/chocolate milkshake hybrid guaranteed to make you poop your pants. I once foolishly bought one and wound up speeding home in to make it to the john in time. No bueno! On a Wednesday evening around 6pm, the lone worker couldn't figure out how to ring up a simple transaction of pre-packaged Cinnabons. It took him a solid five minutes to figure out what button to press, desperately looking around the whole time for his coworker to come help. At one point he said "I think she went to the bathroom", with a panicked look on his face. I guess he was never trained on how to use the register? Big gap, there. Also, the screen that had all the prices listed was conveniently turned off and/or broken. D'OH! I had to look up pricing online so I knew if I was getting ripped off or not (jury is still out on that).* TL;DR *Cinnabon is one of those places where I could care less how I'm treated as a customer....I'm still buying their product, let's be honest.Insider pro tip: the "secret" cinna-goo is made up of brown sugar, margarine (NOT butter), and cinnamon. Not just any old cinnamon, mind you, but Makara cinnamon from West Sumatra, Indonesia, which is more potent than the average powdered cinnamon in your pantry. As for the addictive frosting, that's powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, milk, and a touch of lemon juice. Now go home and whip up a batch yourself, see how close you can get! Barring that, you could always hit up your local mall and shell out $6 for a classic Cinnabon.

We liked it a lot. Cinnabons tasted fantastic! They had warm cinnabons even 10 minutes before they’re closing. What I didn’t like is that they show no prices so you need to ask everything.

I wanted 3 cinnamon rolls, but they tricked me into getting a 4th, I took them back to my table to find that the icing wasn't melted at all. I went back and asked if they could melt the icing, and they put them in i think a microwave for around 15 seconds, and handed them back to me. I went back to my table, only to find that the the icing was still not melted at all, and in fact was cold. This was upsetting.

Very bad experience, ordered online and the prder says pickup ready but at store he is saying nothing on my name. I ask him to check with order number and he replied the order number is too long to search. What a joke the store was. My order number is 9668308461469696. I will never order in cinnabon..

Prices are really high for undercooked Cinnabons, employees work with miserable attitudes. Fix your staffing situation, 15 minutes of waiting in line is unacceptable. You lost my business!

If I could I would give them a zero. I hadn't bought Cinnabon in over a year due to not visiting the malls because of Covid. Yesterday I thought it would be a good idea to get Cinnabon rolls for my family for Valentine's Day. Their menu advertised 9 mini cinnabons for $14.99. I purchased the rolls and a drink for my granddaughter, that was advertised for $3.29. The girl rang up everything and I gave her my debit card. She asked if I wanted a receipt, and I said yes...and it's a good thing I did.. My total order was $23.65. While my order was being prepared I noticed the prices were higher than advertised. I asked the young girl who was boxing the cinnabons about the prices, and she advised me that all their prices were updated in the register but the menu board hadn't been updated. When I told her it was unfair to charge me a higher price without first letting me know, she just asked me if I still wanted the cinnabons. Mind you even though both were higher than advertised, I only asked about the cinnabons. I made it clear that as a customer I didn't want to pay more than the price advertised so she proceeded to unpack the cinnabons and refund me...Wow, she would rather forego a full sale than to refund a $1..and when I asked to speak to the manager, she said she is the manager. The young lady looked to be 18 at most but even my 13 year old concluded that it would have made more sense to give me a dollar than cancel the sale. Cinnabon would appear more honest and customer focused.I realize times are hard but this behavior confirms, this Cinnabon doesn't value its customers or the dollar.

Superior service! ? Young lady working behind the counter was very kind with fabulous smile and she did a wonderful job preparing the drinks and packaging the sweet treats.
