The Lombard location accepted our reservation knowing they were closing the restaurant. We invited guests to dinner that evening. We were informed 1 hour before our reservation time that the restaurant closed the day before. We were frequent customers of Claim Jumpers, so disappointing and unprofessional.

Very nice restaurant with good food. Unfortunately the prices have risen while the portions seem to have diminished. I use to get the Porterhouse for around $40 with sides. Now it's $70 and no sides. Shame because the food is really good.

Enjoyed a weekday lunch with my husband. Ambiance is woodsy & cozy. Food was good. For our meal, we ordered the appetizer "bonanza platter" to share. Our server, Amanda A. was friendly, efficient and helpful.

The service was very good however there were 6 of us and not one liked the food. Mash potatoes seemed instant and very very dry and the chicken was soggy that was my meal however everyone else said their meal was not good either. we actually left more food on the table than we ate. very disappointed.

Do Not Recommend! Even a rare steak should be seared and not gray. Loaded potatoes were barely warm and probably oiler if not for the liquid cheese. Never had liquid cheese on a loaded potato before. Seems like a cheap short cut. Black tie pasta: chicken too tough to bite into, pasta was over cooked and not much flavor. Our gentleman server was great. Save your time and money and go eat elsewhere.

Great food, friendly service. Server was friendly and made good recommendations. I understand the place is short-staffed, but it seemed that the server was moving very slow. It took Linder than expected to get check.

Nice restaurant for dinner. The lobster roll and steak and shrimp dinner were tasty..although the lobster sandwich could have had more meat. Combo appetizer was plenty of food for sharing. The sauces were tasty.

Service was good, food was good, space was good for our large group. Loved the food choices and the taste of food. Wished we had room for the desert offerings. We will be back just for desert one day.

The Chilean sea bass was surprisingly good and they have gluten free buns for the sandwich I ordered. The children in our party enjoyed the selections off the kids' menu (mini burgers and pasta) and the impossible burger was a hit for our vegetarian diner. Our cocktails were delicious. All in all it was a very good experience.

We went there for lunch. My family likes the chicken pot pies, and they looked good.I had the Cali Chicken Salad, and it was very good. The lime dressing on it was nice and light. The restaurant needs some updating. The chairs need new or additional padding. The bathroom needs a little more cleaning. The food is good, but updates are needed to make it more comfortable.

Jesse, hostess always has a smile. Carlos is phenomenal server, always anticipates needing refills. Food was excellent, big potions, fast service. Dom the Manager, stopped by just to see how everything was. He is so friendly. 5stars

Our steaks where under cooked. Our server was fantastic. Overall cleanliness was disappointing. It had been a number of years since we last ate there under the Landry's management. Who ever owns this restaurant has let the quality of this re go down hill. Probably wont be going back

Was sitting in the bar area. Want crowder at all only 2 other tables had people at them. The bartender was our server and was very slow in getting to us for service . Usually we have great service here but today was very slow . Food was great and portions are big.

The food and service was excellent. However, the restaurant showed the wear of being under-staffed. Chairs in disrepair, floors that were messy, and bathrooms that needed some attention. Nothing that was off-putting or dangerous, it just hurt the overall experience of eating there.

Understanding that everything is getting pricier, I must say that I suffered serious sticker shock at Claim Jumpers. And... you can get a better chicken sandwich at Wendy's, Burger King, or Popeyes for less than half of what you pay at Claim Jumpers. I was so shocked by how little chicken was in my sandwich that I pulled off all the bun that had no chicken between it and took the attached pictures. One Chicken Finger at Raising Cains is bigger than the tiny 3 bites of chicken I received in my way overpriced sandwich. For a supposedly high-end establishment, Claim Jumpers should be ashamed of itself. Just to show I'm not all p*ss and vinegar, I would like to say that our waiter was very polite and attentive. Still, I must strongly recommend avoiding Claim Jumpers!
