I think it’s ridiculous we can’t pick up our uber orders through the drive through. First time I went here for a pickup the drive and inside was completely empty and the second time (right now) it’s pouring rain as I walked inside, my order wasn’t ready and I waited 15 minutes for it to be ready the entire time. Now I have water soaked socks and two wet bags of food that aren’t even mine

Store not busy at all. Forgot part of my order food was cold thought it made fresh??? Then attitude when I looked in bag and said I was missing something. Won't be visiting this location anymore

Tried Culver’s for first time today. Great Place! The spicy chicken sandwich was on point! The fries were soggy, could be more crispier. The ice cream was great (I got their flavor of the week) Overall, a clean place that offers tasty options, will go there again 👍🏽

I went inside to get 20 gift cards for the football team at falcons and Richard stop what he was doing to help me he was so appreciated and so kind and sweet this Culver's is always on point always friendly and very good employees thank you Richard for making my night very appreciated

Colby burger was not tasty. Dry bun dry burger wasnt fresh, kid cook in back let the burger sit in the window, had a stale taste. Figures haven't eaten here in a year... no good of course... fast food is always garbage sucks

Extremely disorganized. Ordered through the drive through and they gave my food to some one else because they didn’t bother reading the numbers on our mirrors and then blamed me for it. It took 20 minutes to get food.

This was our first time trying Culver’s. My fiancé ordered our food in the drive-thru and got us a ButterBurger Deluxe, but we just wanted it with cheese and ketchup. We didn’t know there was a plain version since it was our first time. Unfortunately, the drive-thru employee responded with such attitude about our sandwiches ‘not being a Deluxe at that point’ that it took away our hunger and excitement.
