Drove far to come to Dippin Dots because it says that it closes at 9pm. We get there at 7:45pm and there’s an employee there all hunched over on his phone. He tells us “we’re closed” and goes back to his phone. Mind you, nothing is put away indicating that it’s closing. He rudely tells us again that they’re closed once I mentioned that online it says 9pm. That man working today didn’t want to serve anymore so he can be on the phone and possibly leave early. Giving this place one star for wasting my time and having lazy unprofessional employees. Never again.

When i heard there was dippin dots in Illinois i knew I had to go there. And it didn't disappoint at all! Had my first ice cream in 10 years and it's as good as I remember them! Always the best!
