I had a fantastic experience at my local Domino's! The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process a breeze. I loved the quick delivery, too. Highly recommend for a delicious meal! 🍕

They don't deserve any stars! I ordered on 2/1/2025 both medium pizzas. One I asked for extra cheese and light sauce. Got regular cheese and extra sauce. the second pizza was a meatezza pizza with light sauce, which they charge extra for and they gave us a cheese pizza with extra sauce. On 1/23/2025 both our medium pizzas were slightly burned on one side and it was totally obvious as one side the crust and toppings were black they also gave us the wrong premium pizza. on 12/31/2024 I asked for light sauce on both pizza we got extra sauce on both pizza and the Extravaganza pizza was only a cheese pizza. In the past when tryint to let them know about the screw up it was more a pain so I didn't complain. We have calculated that we should have just flushed a $100 bill down the toilet. I figured with three orders having screw ups I am done now with ordering. They don't know how to read your order and don't care about the quality of the food. I thought I will "email" their corporate office. LOL that is a joke it is an AI system and if you don't type what they want they don't/won't help you literally. I spent 10 minutes trying and said this isn't worth it. I will just spread the word not to get pizza from Domino's Pizza at 18W333 Roosevelt Road Lombard IL 60148 (for that matter I will never order Domino's pizza again).

I ordered ahead of time and when I got to the store to pick up my order was not ready. I understand they were busy. The manager asked where I was parked and I was told they would bring out my food when it was ready. 40 minutes later I had to walk back into the store. They forgot about my order. Not acceptable.

first of all, Danielle (a delivery driver), BANGED on my apartment door and disrupted my elderly neighbor upstairs. second, when we opened our boxes our pizza’s were JANK as hell. so, i left feedback on the website and less than 5 minutes later i got a call from Timothy. Timothy had me send him the pictures i took of the pizzas and IMMEDIATELY offered to have the order remade. i was only expecting the pizzas to be remade, but to my surprise the ENTIRE order was remade plus a free brownie cookie! the second delivery driver was so kind and so polite as well as Timothy. i honestly wish i could take the tip from Danielle and give it to the second driver. everything started out wrong, but was made right by the amazing team they have there. 10/10 !!!!
