DELIVERY CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Despite requesting receipts for all of the 29 delivery orders I placed in 129 days, much to my surprise, I was FRAUDULENTLY OVERCHARGED on 4 out of those 28 orders. The 29th order has not been posted to my credit card yet. In addition, the 29th order took 1 hour & 20 minutes to be delivered. The manager on duty, Mike, told me that I had to contact the corporate office, which doesn't have people who answer customer calls. My phone number to the Lombard location has been blocked so I can not call to speak to the owner. I had to close my one credit card which had 3 fraudulent overcharges on it. The food portion sizes for the cinnamon twists and garlic butter bread bites aren't consistent. I wish I had taken pictures to post. I had pieces of bread bite the size of the nail on my little finger. Do yourself a favor and go to Costco to get big pizzas for $10. That way you won't get ripped off by the Domino's in Lombard.

I would like to report an issue with my recent pizza orders. I placed two orders through the phone app on different days. In both orders, I specified that I did not want black olives or mushrooms on my pizzas and requested light cheese. However, both pizzas had the unwanted toppings and needed to be remade. I understand that mistakes can happen, but having both pizzas made incorrectly is unacceptable. Although I did not want to go back and complain about it, this experience has been quite frustrating for me

They charge $6.99 delivery fee for a mile away and driver wouldn’t tell me how much of the fee he keeps so I know how much to tip them. Called the store back after driver received a $10 tip for a $30 order -which I thought was very generous and has numerous sauces missing from my order that I paid $2/ each for….. I have a very hard time believing that the drivers don’t get anything from that fee. Most pizza delivery drivers get a guaranteed $2-$5 plus tip. Management here was not transparent at all with my questions. So how about this, I’ll order elsewhere.

This is my favorite location, and has been for a while. The food I receive is usually hot and fresh. Today's experience blew everything out of the water! There was a hiccup during my trip here today, but their quick teamwork on this busy dinner rush made my wait time seem like nothing. They kept me in the loop of when my order was ready, even though drives of people continuously came and went with their orders. There were only 3 or 4 people that was there that I saw, I may have waited about 15 minutes extra for this hiccup, but their attitude and sincerity towards this hiccup was calming in a sense that they grasped the situation and know how to fix it. I hope that the staff today sees this and knows I appreciate everything you've done to help my family for Tonight's dinner! #johnsonpizza #greenPepperPinapplePizza

I'm a Domino's Pizza officiado. The cheese was non-existent. I didn't really get that many pepperonis on my pizza, and most of it ended up in the garbage. Just for this reason, in all honesty I should have complained immediately maybe due to the fact they were busy they just threw this one to me

Placed on an order to old address on accident and called them to refund account. They went ahead and tried to delivar the food and becer returned the money. This place is a scam and would suggest another pizza spot then these crooks. I called corporate dominis but this is a franchise place and the owner would never return call.

When you have a house full, their deals of pizza and other foods and desserts, is a great priced option.
I spent too much money on a fast food pizza. I would advise picking it up instead of getting it delivers like I did. Pizza is pizza when it comes to dominos.the numbers always match up like dominos, ha.

We ordered $160 of pizza for a going away party. They said the pizza was delivered but it never was delivered. They hung up on us four separate times and refused to answer as they hung up each time.This pizza place owes us $160 plus bull shut fees. To hell with this place and their management.

Not recommend, We order a pizza, a pasta dish, and a beef sandwich, cokes, beef sandwich has very little dried something looks like meat .If want to try, check your order before you leave. Another thing, person who took our coke order has some kind of skin issues, was not wearing gloves. We dine-in between 8-9 pm Monday Aug 28, 2023 No receipt was given, I did ask for when ordering, he said they will give it with order, my friend pick up the order and no receipt was given to her either.
