We ordered a pizza and pasta carbonara and wanted extra sauce on the pasta. I tried calling and got a call center, not the store. When my husband went to pick it up and requested extra sauce they refused to give him any and wouldn't sell it either. I will NOT return to that location.

My wife likes extra alfredo sauce on her carbonara. This is something we're willing to pay for, but it was not available at this location. We placed the order online, which one would assume would allow you to add things and charge you for them. Their website does not. We tried calling the store to add it on, and got a call center that could not connect us to the store. When I went into the store and requested that the sell me additional alfredo they would not. I asked it they were familiar with what a business was and that they exist to try to sell things to people to make those people happy so they return and give them more money. They seemed unfamiliar with the concept. Go to any other dominos, the people at this one don't understand the concept of what a business is.

Pre-ordered pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party. They were supposed to be delivered at 7pm. We got a notification that they were delivered, but they were not. We called, they apologized and said they accidentally marked it delivered- the driver was just down the street. 45 min later, no pizza. We called again. They apologized and said the order was delivered to the wrong house, and asked if we just wanted to cancel the order. Would have been helpful to know that the info the first time we called. Now we have a bunch of kids hungry and no pizza. Ridiculous
