This place is nothing but rude people! I ordered a bagel and there was a long piece of hair inside i went back inside to tell them and they accused me of putting the hair inside by saying there was a boy that was doing the food but 2 other females helping. The manager was the one who accused me no apology just attitude.

I had a genuinely delightful experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the quality of the coffee and snacks was consistently impressive. Everything felt fresh, well-prepared, and professionally managed. I would confidently recommend everyone to visit and enjoy the experience , it’s simple, reliable, and always satisfying.

I’ve already made a review but now I have another experience I’d like to share. Mom placed an order online at 12:16 Pm, money was taken out of my mom’s account, and went to pick up it up maybe 15-20 minutes later. Ample time to make 25 munchkins. Went and they said they didn’t have it, blamed their system. I checked and the receipt had the right address. They make it after I come in and I come back to my car and count to see not 25 munchkins. It was around 12:41 by then making us late to see family. I don’t care about the money although I would like a refund, but I more importantly care about the time wasted I could’ve spent with my Godson. Thanks Dunkin!

I frequently go to this location and the one on Roosevelt, and this location gives incredibly slow service in comparison. It's a bummer for me because it's close to my house. I've received incorrect orders and attitude. I keep giving it a chance, and am usually mad at myself when it takes an exceptionally long time or I get the wrong order. Even with some seemingly competent new hires, the problem persists, leading me to believe it's a management and staffing issue.

Genuinely dont know how this location is still open. By far the worst dunkin you can ever go to. Every time I went in the past they messed up my order, had hair in the food, or had rude staff that were all young kids being run by other young kids. Havent gone to this location in forever and decided that maybe so much time has gone by that theyd have their stuff together. Wrong. This was the last time and I hope they see this along with contacting HR about it. They served me coffee with spoiled curdled creamer and so glad I checked it before I drank it. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR CLEAN HOUSE ON THE STAFF BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK OR WORSE.

I don’t like to leave reviews because I believe sometimes bad days happen. But everytime I go here they always mess up my order. Today they gave me a latte with all milk not a drop of coffee inside. Normally I would go in but I had my children with me and did not want to drag them in. Y’all need better management and better training on how to make drinks this is crazy & I wasted the last bit of money I had

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which was supposed to be sausage and egg on a butter crescent, instead I got a hard burnt bagel with egg and bacon. Dunkin donut used to be my favorite place to stop for coffee. This is not the first time this happened, but this will be the last.

The place had 3 people inside and then the drive thru with maybe 5 cars. It took the lady at the front 10 minutes to even notice we were there and then the donuts were stale and the hash-browns were broken and just a mush ball in the rapper. At a donut place you should not have stale donuts at 8am maybe at 12 or something but this was not ok for an 8am breakfast.
