I don’t like to leave reviews because I believe sometimes bad days happen. But everytime I go here they always mess up my order. Today they gave me a latte with all milk not a drop of coffee inside. Normally I would go in but I had my children with me and did not want to drag them in. Y’all need better management and better training on how to make drinks this is crazy & I wasted the last bit of money I had

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which was supposed to be sausage and egg on a butter crescent, instead I got a hard burnt bagel with egg and bacon. Dunkin donut used to be my favorite place to stop for coffee. This is not the first time this happened, but this will be the last.

The place had 3 people inside and then the drive thru with maybe 5 cars. It took the lady at the front 10 minutes to even notice we were there and then the donuts were stale and the hash-browns were broken and just a mush ball in the rapper. At a donut place you should not have stale donuts at 8am maybe at 12 or something but this was not ok for an 8am breakfast.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for 5 years now and within those 5 years the staff have been so excellent and Kind.
There are multiple employees that have been so great! Even going the extra mile in memorizing my specific order and my toddlers favorite Donut.
Nyah a fantastic employee who always remembers our order and takes the time to give us the best Customer service, always smiling, always so kind and friendly. She’s so great she doesn’t even have to see my face to know that’s my order lol.
Damien is a fantastic employee with the most amazing customer service skills!
He always has a smile on his face and makes your experience so sweet. He’s very patient and kind no matter the day, he’s always friendly with a smile.

Went through the drive-through for fast service, but the guy at the window was just giving any bag out to the customers so I had to go inside and explain to them that he had given me the wrong order and his response was “ It’s too cold. I don’t have time to check on the orders. People just need to take the orders and leave. It’s too much for me right now.” And never apologize to me once shitty service and the managers are just standing there laughing about it. Nobody’s correcting this behavior.

They are very rude. They talk back to customers. I’ve been going there for a while and older people should be respected from young people also no matter how the customer ask for his or her drink far as her coffee and the person don’t like the way they made it. He or she has the right to complain if I’m paying for what whatever I ordered. she has the right to complain manager standing while the other waiter is going back-and-forth with the customer about the dislike of how her drink was made.
