ONE STAR IS TO MANY ! FYLTHY!!! Very dirty staff rude place is freezing no heat!! Someone should call health department on them too!!

I ordered decaf coffee and was given regular coffee at 8 pm at night so it kept me up all night.
They got my mobile order 15 mins in advance and still couldn’t get it right. I had to go back TWICE to get my items. And they were giving someone else a refund while I’m waiting for my missing stuff?? Get it together.

i ordered a cookie butter latte and they gave me the holiday cookie signature drink. i went back for them to remake it i asked nicely and they kept telling me i was in the wrong. I told them i didn’t want the toasted almond shots . They refused to remake it for me and kept saying i ordered it wrong when i didn’t. I payed for a drink just for me to throw it out. I always come to this dunkin but now i will never be coming to that dunkin

They point their scanner/laser at the drive through window so it shines in customer’s eyes when they are attempting to pay and receive their food. I literally had an issue seeing the handoff of a bottle of diet soda, it dropped and the associate had the nerve to get pissed off at me. What a joke. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I usually stop at this Dunkin when in the area or coming from mall. Usually the service is really good, but today was not so good. I stood at the register waiting to be served for several minutes while employees did other things that obviously were more important to them than even acknowledging a waiting customer. I understand sometimes being busy or short on help, but a simple courtesy to just acknowledge the customer still remains an important courtesy.

When I arrived, I noticed there was a section filled with debris. I made it aware to a worker that he said he would take care of it. However, he never did this. This will be a beautiful Dunkin for people to visit that is if it's kept up. The guys are very friendly and welcoming.

Not the best dunkin experience here ever. The woman with the blonde pixie cut didn’t want to take our order and kept suggesting to use the kiosk. Our hashbrowns were cold (mind you we were waiting near the pick-up area the whole time) and when we said they were cold, the person said “that’s because you haven’t picked them up”. No accountability and no name was announced. Please encourage more training on customer experience at this location.

This is the worst dunkin I have ever had in my life. Every item of food we purchased was inedible. The bagel bites smelled nasty, the sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap was burnt to a crisp and hard as a brick as well as the hash browns. Don’t spend your money here.
Was turned away because they didn't have ingredients for a coffee.
