How is it possible that when I ask a worker if he can clean the dirty tables, he asks me if I want to clean them myself? The rude worker told me to grab napkins and clean the table myself if I wanted it clean, or to use another table, but all the tables are very dirty, and the floor is also very dirty. I told him I was going to leave a review or report the company or the owner, and he said he didn't care and that I could do whatever I wanted. I told him that in a food establishment, the customer never has to clean the table; That's what the staff is for. In the end I told them that they need my money, they need the customer, therefore they shouldn't be so rude. Bad service, all the tables and floors were dirty

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a $6 meal deal with a croissant n they gave me a bagel instead, not only that but it’s burnt! I asked for caramel hot coffee and of course I didn’t even get the caramel in there! Also I didn’t get a receipt! I want my money back!!!!!! Another thing, the employees always look lost and don’t know what they’re doing! How do you even have a business like this. SMH!!!!

I was there yesterday with my friend and we came inside to pick up our orders and eat. Our coffees were fine, we had no issue with the food either. However, they let the garbage pile up so high at their sweetener station that it was spilling everywhere! Ridiculous! We saw the employees texting on their phones when it would’ve taken 5 minutes to change the trash and replace it with a fresh bag. Do better, Dunkin. Your cleanliness should be better than this!

Very very very stingy, greedy people. I spend a lot every time I come here and they refused to remake me a measly cup of coffee that they screwed up on. Unbelievable they are. Take your money somewhere else. I hope they close this location. It always smells terrible when you come in.
Second time here only because it was close to the area Drink was watered down badly , service was rude and incorrect, they originally gave us someone else's order. Will not be back
