The current management has really brought this place up. Things were rough during COVID and it took time to get back up and running smoothly. I can see a definite improvement from three years ago.
Give them a chance, the negative reviews from more than a few years ago certainly do not reflect the current situation.

I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin’s, this has always been my favorite. I used to go here every day when I worked at the mall. Now it’s every other week. The staff is great. I’m not the sure of the name of the associate who wears a light scarf around her neck, but she is awesome. She let me know if something was kosher after I asked my husband to ask and it was.

My biggest positive thing is the drink order. Our drinks are always perfect! The rest of the Dunkin’s...

When I arrived, I noticed there was a section filled with debris. I made it aware to a worker that he said he would take care of it. However, he never did this. This will be a beautiful Dunkin for people to visit that is if it's kept up. The guys are very friendly and welcoming.
