Egg House never disappoints! I’ve been to their Arlington Heights location and was blown away, so when I found myself in Lombard this morning and spotted their restaurant, I couldn’t resist stopping in. What a beautiful place! From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the consistently incredible food, Egg House has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants.
The staff are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always making you feel right at home. And the food? Absolutely perfect every time! Whether it’s breakfast or lunch, they deliver 100% consistency in quality and flavor.
A huge shoutout to the Egg House team—keep up the amazing work! You’ve set the bar high, and I can’t wait to visit again.

Very good food, prompt and attentive service. Very solid breakfast option in downtown Lombard
Super cute breakfast diner! We had a lovely time with caramelized apple pecan pancakes, Swedish pancakes, apple cinnamon crepes, and egg and sausage plates. Be advised that egg math works differently at Egg House; ordering one egg will yield 2 on your plate and ordering 2 eggs will return 4! The crepes took barely longer to come out than the rest of the table's items, and our waitress was so sweet and brought tiramisu pancakes on the house due to the delay! The house coffee was classic friendly diner brew, and all of the staff was very attentive topping off our coffee during our meal. Everyone was very happy with their food and more than ample portions. There were gluten free pancake options and more than enough options for vegetarians.
There's a small parking lot, and there was a short 10 min wait on a Saturday morning. Great place for a very filling breakfast or brunch with friendly staff!

As I walked in I was sat right away at a table of four which was very impressive. The waitress was lovely and very attentive. But it went down hill from that point. As my waitress was taking my order another waitress came and asked her in front of me to move. Now mind you I didn't ask to be set while I was sitting someone else came in and they wanted to sit where I was sitting So I'm looking like what My waitress was like what. So my waitress basically told her no which I'm glad she did because that was very rude of her. So the owner came out and he was very apologetic he didn't know what had took place but anyway he gave me my breakfast on the house and then came out and gave me a French toast and I beg to plead him I'm not going to eat this I barely finished my breakfast but I'm going to eat it for breakfast tomorrow but this place is very lovely I like it and I probably will come back because that was very nice of the owner and my waitress some people just don't have customer service or people skills but she did come over and apologize but my whole attitude was her was not friendly she apologized I said thank you but it was very short and she can tell I was very upset but I gave my waitress a nice tip.
