Understaffed. Too slow making drinks. Not enough workers and they have no sense of urgency

$20 for 2 iced lattes is criminal. Add in the rude service and 20 minute wait. I will not be returning

Pretty quiet walking in. There were 2 people behind counter. One woman and one man. The man seemed way too impatient as I was looking through the menu. Never had Gloria Jean's before so I took my time. I chose Pistachio Chiller. I thought it would have been at least green as it shows on the picture.....the woman told me it's because it's got coffee in it. After I paid Man didn't hand me receipt, instead drop it in front of me over counter. Just rude.

For a business that relies on tips they don't tip in return. I delivered their Instacart order of 15 gallons of milk products and they stiffed me. I waited 20 minutes for them to get their order and called 10 times and no one answered. THEY DID NOT TIP. Do not work for or buy from this place. How they treat people is very telling.

Ordered a $10 Caramel Blast, but received a Cookies and Cream. Went to tell them and they said no, I was wrong. I did a Google image search to show them and still no, the customer was wrong. Terrible service, new management or owners. Cannot recommend this place. Avoid. No Caramel.

this place used to be great. I'm assuming they're under new ownership now. i ordered a large Winter Wonderland flavored iced coffee, charged $11 for a Chiller and received a Carmel iced coffee.

Managers are so rude but the employees are so nice and I’m pretty sure some of the bakery items are expired.

Nit is the best worker and you can tell he is the manager. He deserves a raise. Promotes loyalty and values regular customers!!!! I will definitely be coming again!

There was only one person helping the whole store. Service was super slow. If you are a coffee shop, people want to be able get their coffee and leave. Terrible experience and wasted time here.
