Very good food. I ordered a ham club sandwich and it was much bigger than I thought it was going to be and the plate was full of fries also. You definitely get your money's worth here.

Industrial-chic decor with brick walls and exposed overhead ducts. The menu had so many delicious-sounding options that we'll need several future visits to explore more. We were there for lunch. I had the short-rib sandwich with fries. The meat was tender, the ingredients tasted fresh making the sandwich deliciously flavorful. The fries were perfectly cooked. The portions were generous enough for leftovers. Would definitely return.

I’ve been to this establishment a few times. Today was a celebration of a birthday and we were told that the bottom mimosas was two hours from the time of order during our reservation. At the end of our time spent, the manager communicated that my family was no longer welcome at her establishment because of her server felt threatening. Odd because our party was communicating that the 2 hours policy that was communicated was not being uphold. We were cut off after one hour and a half. I felt due to our party being black, the “felt threatening” was a scape goat. The manager said there was a gray area but I feel customer should be told explicitly the rules to prevent confusion. I’m positive if we were of Caucasian dissent, the situation would have been approach differently oppose to “barred from the restaurant”. The bill was paid without an issue and professional was adhered, respecting other guests. We will move forward and not return to this establishment knowing we were targeted because of our race.

Chicken BLT wrap that I ordered on Uber Eats was so gross 😩. I took one bite and saw a huge fatty disgusting piece of what was supposed to be bacon; instead it looked like a cow tongue. Love other food on their menu but this one made me want to barf! Stop slacking with the fries too! 🍟 greasy with no taste. Needs to be fresh and crispy and it's soggy and tasteless.

My wife and I went for dinner after a rough day at work. We'd been to Ground Level 105 a couple years ago, and it awesome today. Our server was Ben, who was also running the bar, and he was SO welcoming and enjoyable to have as a server. He balanced a fun, playful approach with extensive knowledge of the menu AND providing space for us to have an enjoyable dining experience.
We got the butter chicken, french onion soup, and the shrimp/chicken gumbo. Even though these things aren't what their known for, they were all great! We both got their October drink special, a hazelnut cream espresso martini, a lemondrop, and gin mule variant I like making at home (Ben killed it despite my poor description).
Thanks for making a rough Tuesday an awesome dining experience, GL105!

We get this for takeout a lot, but you have to try the Fire Chicken Sandwich. It's one of my absolute favorites! The combination of pickled onions and jalapeños, topped with a sweet and spicy mango habanero sauce, is just incredible. And the cilantro garlic fries are the perfect side, especially when you dip them in the creamy ranch dressing.
