Surprisingly empty for a Thursday evening. Great service. Food was average for the price - surprised the chicken was dry in the chicken Vesuvio
Our reservation was around 6pm over the Fourth of July weekend. We planned to sit in the upscale bar area hoping it was a more casual and lively experience than the dinning room, which was stiff and empty. The host was upbeat and happily showed us to the bar area which was even more empty than the dinning room, but we liked the ambiance, the servers were responsive and we were looking forward to catching the cubs game over a beer and a bar bite. However- we were handed the upscale dinner menu (steaks, heavy pasta, etc) and no burgers or handhelds in sight on the menu. We were shocked. We were not expecting the same menu in the bar! And even though there were multiple screens on in the bar, not a single screen had the cubs game on!! At Harry Carey's of all places!! We asked our server if there was a bar menu, and they explained they switch menus at 4pm and handed us a card with four burgers on it saying they could make an exception. We were just a bit perplexed and offput that we finished our beers and left to go to a more lively upscale bar with better selections. It just wasn't the experience we were looking for. I'm sure they are packed when there are hotel conventions, but for the average group of four- there are much better options for upscale casual experiences in our area. We will not likely be back.
Server was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and had great recommendations. Food was incredible and so were the drinks. Highly recommend
Our server IAN was amazing! Funny story : we came for lunch with plans to go to the mall and get a "mall treat" of some sort- but there was nothing we wanted there. so we went back for cheesecake and gelato!!! lol he was our server twice, what a nice guy! The food was awesome - fried chips as an appetizer and salmon salad for lunch perfectly cooked. It was a super hot day and we chose to sit outside but the seating was under a tree and with the steady breeze it was just lovely. Perfect day for a sister day!!!
Great cocktails. Service was well executed and attentive. We had the pork chop (Don't overlook it) and 8 oz filet. Everything was good and the baseball fans will like the memorabilia. But food good but look elsewhere if you're not a baseball fan.
It was a great night for my wife, myself, and our 6 month old. The staff was friendly and food was great
There was a new person working in the kitchen so our lunch took much longer than expected. In the order to improve our experience our waiter offered to buy us both a second round of drinks for the inconvenience. Very customer focused.
Excellent service – excellent food! Harry's never disappoints! The ambience is great and the noise level, which contributes significantly to the ambience, is very comfortable The waiters and the front door receptionist seem to very much care whether you are enjoying your visit. Well done, Harry's!
Had the special salmon, the whitefish and the fish and chips. All were delicious. Roger is a terrific servers.
Harry Caray's is a great place to go! We love looking at all of the memorabilia while enjoying a great meal.

Our server was outstanding, attentive and friendly. We had the lasagna, Alfredo with chicken, and the Pappardelle alla bolognese . Every dish was delicious.
I had no idea it was brunch only on Easter. Lots of food but the hot stuff was warm and so was the cold stuff. $280 with tip and tax for 4 people. For sure never coming on Easter again and may not come again period.
Looking for the elusive Easter brunch buffet, look no further. Outstanding service for a buffet, and loved all the food choices as well. Also love this place for a regular dining experience.
The Easter buffet was incredible! So much food, no crowded lines, plenty of seating so we weren't crowded. We will make this a yearly event, for sure!
The food and service were very good. They only had one breakfast buffet line so there was always a wait to get your food. The only bad thing was the bread. All the bread including bagels, rolls, etc., was extremely stale and inedible. It looked like it was bought in bulk and not made there. Everything else was a good deal.
