We had a business dinner. At our table were a number of dishes including chicken Marsala, spaghetti and meatballs, salmon and white fish. Everyone enjoyed their meal!
If I could give negative stars I would. I went last night with my 5 year old. Online they said free kids meals on weekends if you spend $25. So I mentioned it and the server reluctantly said fine, after saying it wasn’t a weekend at first. I ordered a caeser salad and asked if I could add chicken and how much it would be. The server told me $5-6 dollars. I also got a baked potato. When I got my bill the chicken caeser was actually $20 not $15 like she said. My bill was $33 for a baked potato and a chicken caeser salad. Then the kids meal was supposed to come with ice cream and it never came. Finally about two hours later I got very sick. The lettuce was very wilted and the chicken was so dry. Overall it was terrible food that made me sick, terrible service and over priced. I do not recommend.

Great food and atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating. Just sorry I missed having the baseball dessert!
Service was good but slow. Food was good and presented nicely. We had a rude man at a table next us was playing games on his phone and it was annoying and loud. We told our server who was going to talk to manager. Nothing was done we complained again and had to call manager over to our table and then they finally talked to him. Server said manger sending a free dessert but i was charged for it. At that point just wanted to leave. The whole thing put a damper in our birthday celebration.
Service was lovely, good recommendations, food was good but the shareable asparagus (4 people) was 6 spears total for $12.00. That is ridiculous! And the halibut was supposed to have toasted cherry tomatoes but did not at all. They gave us a dessert as compensation....but seriously, $12 for asparagus? Ridiculous pricing.
The vibe was great, and the waiters were super friendly. But, the food had some problems. The steaks were alright, but some were just warm. The sides were a real bummer. The asparagus was way too salty, and the mashed potatoes tasted old and bland. The miso salmon wasn't good, and the seafood cobb salad had too much dressing and stinky cheese. Plus, there were only two shrimp, which isn't much seafood, right? Drinks were a bit expensive, too. At least the Brussel sprouts were good, though.

Terrible service! Walked out after being completely ignored by our server. When you are paying sixty dollars for a steak, you shouldn't have to ask three different staff members to find your server so that you can get a drink. And you should definitely not be told that your server is too busy working a larger party. The only time we saw our server was take our order, then nothing. Walked out before the food came and explained to the manager why. We then went to the Capital Grill right down the way and received spectacular service for the same price.

We were running late after the Cubs game finished but the staff were very gracious about the situation. It ended up with us being 40 minutes late to our 7pm reservation; but again, they seated us and treated us as if we were on time. Our server didn't rush our order either. Everything was top notch! Thank you!

I was here with 200 other salespeople from my company, and the staff at this bar was excellent. We spent three full days at the Westin hotel, and the service never wavered. The front bar had three bartenders (I only remember Alejandro’s name). The other gentleman spoke Spanish and I believe he had a 4 letter name. They were all welcoming, attentive, and incredibly patient with such a large group. Thank you for the great service—we truly appreciated it!

Our food and service were both excellent. It was a good value. They do not skip on cocktails or food. I took home half my dinner.
We ate outside. It was a nice day when we paid for our food. Our waitress came back without my debit card. I asked her for it and she said she gave it to me and walked away. Security got involved and first thing he said was she gave it to you a half an hour later someone from the inside another table turned in our debit card, we never got one apology or a discount.
Great service, great atmosphere.

We love the food and the service was excellent. Our waiter went above and beyond the only thing we have to complain about was the temperature inside of the restaurant. A little too warm and after we started eating, it got warmer. I understand it's hot and humid outside, but have been too many places in. It's always been comfortable. The dining room was stuffy and even though there was the slowest fan going around us it did nothing to help. We had a party of four and we all agreed on the temperature of the place being a little too warm Other than that would love the place and the food couldn't be better. We will definitely be back but maybe on a cooler day.
We go to Harry Caray's in Rosemont all the time, but chose Lombard because it was closer for the people in our party. We went there to celebrate a birthday and had reservations. We were seated at a table in the bar which was rather loud. I thought with a reservation at 2:00 in the afternoon we would have been in a quieter area of the restaurant. Our server was pleasant but did not check on us (probably because we were sitting in the bar surrounded by people watching the Cubs and Pirates or PGA Golf. We ordered no appetizers, only entrees. The two steaks were cooked to order and both people enjoyed them. The corned beef sandwich my husband ordered was good, as was the Shrimp Scampi my brother ordered. Our sides were delicious. The Crab Cake I ordered tasted fair (not like the ones I always order at the other HC's). I ended up getting sick that evening and the following day (I didn't eat anything later in the day because I wasn't feeling right). When I have had HC's Crab Cake appetizer at the other location, I always was hot arriving to the table and was full of flavor. This was warm, like it had been sitting and may not have been cooked through. I had to flag down the waitress twice (once to refill our drinks, and the second time to remind her this was a birthday celebration). She took the dessert orders and didn't bring them to us for 23 minutes. Not happy about my experience at this HC's. Considering our bill was over $400, we should have had a better experience. This doesn't sour my overall thought of HC's, but I will not return to this one. When we left (4:20ish, there was no line anywhere but the wait time was poor, I got sick, and by brother's birthday dinner was not as good as it should have been for the money spent.
