We ordered Wedge salads and they were fresh, crisp and delicious 😋 our waiter was friendly and attentive even at the time of 9:00 pm❣️😍

Better than the last visit, it's still really slow. Painfully slow. Empty tables and not enough people working due to poor management slow. More staffing was an improvement, but it was busier, so still a challenge and they couldn't keep up. Portion sizes are ok, it's very pricey for what you get. It's not as great as they think it is. Food is average hotel grade, not memorable or compelling. It may be better for dinner than breakfast. It's a smaller restaurant that the hotel uses on weekends instead of keeping their lounge open. I wouldn't go out of my way for this place, but wouldn't run from it like my last visit. Average at best, you eat here while staying at the Westin because you don't want to drive somewhere. Best to go somewhere else.

Thanks to Azzy & Alejandro for making our dinner so enjoyable. The food was delicious (I had the fish tacos & my husband had the pork chop) - service was excellent. The night before was busy & loud and Azzy saw us come in right away - seated us in a quieter space & brought us exactly what we needed - good food, a glass of wine & a Guinness from the tap. Perfect.

Also, during our 3 day stay at the hotel - every breakfast was delicious and served by such caring, nice people. Easier to get the day started with service like that.

We will be back for sure.

Our waiter Alejandro was wonderful! It was my dads birthday and he went out of his way to make my dad feel special. The crab dip and bread were delicious. The rest of the meals were okay. Our chocolate cake was amazing!

why allow me to make a reso at 11 for breakfast if your breakfast menu isn't available at 11? I came for the breakfast menu, not lunch. Extremely disappointed. The food was good but it wasn't what I wanted. The service was excellent, but again, I came for breakfast not lunch...with one vegetarian/pescatarian breakfast option. That's the first and last time I come in.

Food was below average at best. Service extremely slow. Daughters pancake was dripping liquid or something when when picked it up. Would not recommend.

Mother's Day Disaster - had a 12 pm reservation, took about 15 minutes to get a server to our table. Apparently, the team just rolled out a brunch menu but were completely unready to handle the orders. We placed our order (two steaks and one biscuits and gravy) .... about an hour later, still received no food. The waitress (who was the only pleasant person in the experience) came by to apologies and say the kitchen was completely backed up on getting orders out and was just waiting on food. About 10 minutes later another woman walked up to our table and said "sorry we don't have biscuits and gravy" ..... literally telling us 1 hour after placing the order. We told her we were leaving. Then the original waitress came back, we told her what was just told to us and she was outraged that it took them that long to state that fact ... she said our meal would be comped and asked my mom what else she would like ... she ordered the fish. My mom politely asked the waitress ... who was fuming by this point at the incompetence of the kitchen staff, where the management team was ... she said management was hiding.About 10 minutes later our food finally came out ... my medium rare steak was terribly dry, the other steak was cooked completely wrong (she asked for medium well done to avoid blood and got a medium rare steak) ... the fish was apparently okay. After quickly eating our food the waitress brought the check which was comped about 75% of the way .... but still the food was mediocre at best.We were not the only table, multiple tables walked out as they similarly waiting 1.5 hour for food. One table finally received food and it was cold - they just left the food and walked out. No management came around to apologize. Overall the experience was a complete joke ... and on mothers day no less. I felt bad for the servers who were trying to handle to mess of the kitchen and lack of management. The restaurant must have lost thousands $$$$ on comping people that day. Will never return again.
