Read a few reviews and saw a few pics about hair in the food. Unfortunately i had the same experience and saw hair through the packed food. I asked them to change it instantly in the restaurant. The guy yelled at the kitchen staff to wear a hair net most likely to hide his embarrassment in front of us. I don’t think they even knew what a hair net was based on the look they gave him.
Went home and found hair in the other package as well. Such a shame. Especially when ur name is representing a community. Please change the name of ur business if u want to continue selling low quality food or list hair as one of ur ingredients.
Read one the replies from the business stating they don’t have females in the kitchen so the hair is not from their staff. Either that person is an illiterate or all the men in the kitchen have alopecia. Hate throwing food 😓

You have to realize tht ppl calling u and asking for refund for poor quality of food is not because they want free food or cant afford the food. It’s because of the frustration of going through the process of ordering , waiting, paying and then coming back home realizing the food is not even edible and then going through that whole process again to have one decent meal after a long day. I work too hard and long to want free food buddy.

The worse restaurant ever, our order was of 100$ and I found hair strands in two of the items. The biryani and the fried rice. The customer service is horrible, the owner started abusing us instead of taking the blame. Don't go to this restaurant, very unhygienic.

Carry out/catering only kitchen in the heart of Lombard. Just catered a small party order this past weekend. Excellent Hyderabadi biryani along with delicious butter chicken, & beef Turkish kabob!

A nice place to order out food for Takeaway. They have weekly specials that I prefer. Special mention for Chinese combo on Wednesdays, which has chicken Hakka noodles, soup, orange chicken with egg fried rice. Ample for two or three people. I always look forward to Complementary Chai at the count when picking up food since it tastes amazing and is one of the best one in the area.

This place is the best place for Biryani in the Chicago suburbs, especially if you want the authentic hyderbadi Biryani.
Service is very fast if you want Biryani or some other readily made items. Otherwise it's going to be a wait.
This is only for takeout, not a sit-down restaurant. Better to order ahead of time to pick up.

I Had pulao yesterday and meat was rock solid.
I called twice for feedback but they refuesed their mistake. Dont let me talk to Manager and owner.
