Whenever I have a chance to get a smoothie, this Jamba is my go to spot. Each staff member is very friendly, helpful, and efficient, especially the manager Ashley. The smoothies are always consistent in quality and taste. Never had a bad experience in the many times I go.

Came to ask a question the girl at the counter was on her phone and was answering very rude saying she cannot make any new juices because she was closing soon. Would not recommend at all.

This is the third time the Jamba in yorktown has done this. It is 7 39 pm and they close at 9. They often put this sign up and don't come out even after 15 min. Last time when I asked them to make a juice, they said they washed the juicer 30 min before closing and refused to make the juice. Another time I was told they don't make juice AN HOUR before closing!

I came here on a weekday nobody was at the counter for me to order my smoothie which is a red flag idk if the worker was cleaning or whatever but when I come to a establishment I expect for someone to be there to take my order over all the smoothie was good not the best
Asked for banana smoothie and the girl behind the counter said okay. Ended up receiving a strawberry smoothie for $10, when I had asked if this was banana smoothie, she argued saying it’s inside there but there is actually no banana.

How cheap does the owner have to be to charge for water? As a paying customer who is already giving you business it’s a slap in the face to charge me simply for a cup of water as well. Considering there are so many other food options in the food court here, go somewhere else.

One girl's name was Jenna and another girl working last night were both so nice and helpful. There was a little trouble with the order and they straightened it out right away and they helped my friend and I choose what smoothies we should get. Hope they get a raise for going above and beyond

This young beautiful brown man conjured up possibly the best smoothie I’ve ever been fortunate enough to suck down my throat in astonishing speed and precision. Truly and downright blessed to ever have such an amazing experience 11/10 strongly recommend.
