RUDEST manager ever today. I am allergic to cheese. Never asked for cheese and was charged for cheese. Asked for my sandwich to be corrected and they took the cheese off. Had the nerve to charge me still for the cheese and I wanted my 1.10 back. RUDE manager refused to make any eye contact or say one word. Opened the cash register and gave me 1.00. I will NEVER come here again.
Order little roast beef lettuce onion lite .mayo when opened up it 2 slices of roast beef tomato lettuce for what they charge never again sun day got Jason's deli so much bang for your buck and big sandwich

Worst experience ever. Ordered a team lunch so it was a significant order and a lot of people were relying on prefer before traveling to a game. Scheduled delivery. Order was not delivered 15 minutes after window. No one from Jimmy John’s had given me any updates. I called and they said they were still expecting their driver back and then they would deliver the order. I decided to pick up the order to avoid further delays. Manager Jo where around. He did call me and was unhelpful. Told me he would inform an area manager who I have yet to hear from after multiple attempts. Take your business to Shannon’s Deli, potbelly’s, bricks pizza. Order sandwiches anywhere but here.

Don't order delivery from this location. Took 40 minutes to deliver and guy who answered my call wasn't helpful. There were no updates either so had to check outside a few times. Finally saw the food had delivered but the driver didn't even ring the doorbell or knock. Doorcam confirms this.

The guy making my sandwich literally spit in my food while he was talking. Thankfully he replaced the sandwich at that point. But I noticed after that he kept rubbing his gloved hands on his jeans/behind. It was so repulsive. I asked him to change his gloves and he didn’t. Threw out the sandwich on my way out. Demanding refund
