The guy making my sandwich literally spit in my food while he was talking. Thankfully he replaced the sandwich at that point. But I noticed after that he kept rubbing his gloved hands on his jeans/behind. It was so repulsive. I asked him to change his gloves and he didn’t. Threw out the sandwich on my way out. Demanding refund

Food was and always is good and fast but watch what they charge you for. Menu online and at store show original combos are 10.59, they charge 11.07 before tax. Tried explaining to the cashier it's not right and he said it is. I know it's only .50¢ but charge what is advertised.

You can start by learning the English language. Then you could progress further by not mean mugging you're customers for no reason, and if you wanted to go above and beyond, maybe try serving fresh bread instead of stale day old sandwiches.

Food was okay, didn't ask us what we wanted to put in or what bread we wanted for our sandwich. Didn't ask us anything about what we wanted in our sandwich and sandwich was very bland with no taste.
