Freaking fast is not this stores motto by any means. Placed a order back in Sept. waiting over 45 minutes only to be told my order kept being forgotten and they were down 1 driver. I accepted apologies with a supposed credit of $15 that i could use per the manager by just calling and giving my number. Fast forward now November I called to cash in on the $15 - couldn't be found, I place an order online call after 30 minutes and was told " we cant give delivery estimates you need to just wait, driver is here and taking your order next" call another 20 minutes later to be told by the manager BOTH drivers missed my order. her solution...to send it via uber eats - when i explained this is the second time this has happened she implied i am lying and that the store never has any complaints or issues. I requested a full refund i was given $33 when my total was $38....this store is HORRIBLE - they need to retrain manager or get a new one.

Every time I come to this location, there is always an issue. Either the food is not prepped (like today, I heard the employees saying they never prepped chicken) or there is hair in my food. I come on my lunch break because it’s near by, but I never have time to actually eat by the time I get back to work, because I’m constantly waiting for the employees to do their job correctly. Not so freaky fast if you ask me. Disappointed and frustrated that AI can do a better job than these humans. SMH!!

The staff was so patient, with my handicaped sister. I appreciate that more than you know. Thank you for helping her decide on a great meal.
We ordered online and got some weird lettuce which was red and looked very strange(much redder in person). We called and asked for them to be remade without which they did but they left lettuce on one of the sandwiches causing us to have to wait again. The manager was good handling the situation but the fact they remade a sandwich with the lettuce after we asked not was crazy. They usually are pretty good so I won’t be crazy hard on em but definitely a step down for whatever reason.

If I can give negative i would. I never received my sandwich. I called office they stated 2 sandwiches were delivered. I assummed someone stole it from our office lobby. Had cameras checked found out they never delivered mine! Tried calling office at 430 yesturday kept goin to voice mail 3 times. Got thru today. I will get refund.I dont think Ill order anymore from there.

Ordered online. I work in manufacturing 2nd shift and sometimes getting out for lunch on time is difficult.I placed an order online and was 5 minutes after closing to pick up. My order was sitting right on the shelf and I could see it and was told it was already voided since I did not pick up on time. I tried calling multiple times on my way so they wouldn't void it and they never answered. Left with no lunch for my break
