I went thru drive thru about 6 pm 2/22/25 and ordered big box 3 pieces of chicken crispy with Mash Potatoes. Cole slaw and Pepsi. I did not receive Cole slaw and they did not have Pepsi so I ordered Mountain Dew. The clerk was giving me something other than Mountain Dew and I asked her about it and she said oh you want regular Mountain Dew. Her attitude was nasty from beginning to end and she didn't give me a receipt. I had to check my bank account to see if she charged me correctly. The chicken did not seem to be fully cooked on the inside. I always go to this KFC and they are usually friendly. This is the first time I have had a problem.

I called the store to place an order over the phone. The guy, whom I could hardly understand him speaking, told me that he cannot give me the order if I place over the phone and suggested me to place the order by app. So I did that. I sent my partner with the order number and screenshot that proves I paid. The store person mentioned to my partner that there is no name in our order so he cannot give us any food. I spoke to the guy over the phone and told him that I was asked by him to place order by app and I did. He denied to give us any food and became very rude unnecessarily. I then called the customer care, where someone received the complaint and kept me on hold for another 20 min to speak to the refund section. Refund section then put me on a hold another 5 minutes to let me know that he has escalated this and I should wait for a solution. I simply asked the guy to refund my money as I already waited for about 30 min. The guy then said, thank you and disconnected the call. To my suprise, the store man called and told me, "hey, I received your order. I close in 15 min, you can come pick it up. But I cannot wait for you." I asked the guy politely, give me my money back. He said, he won't. When I told him that I already complained about him. He said, it's okay. I had to hang up the phone. Because I realized the store people do not give a damn about their job and the company do not give a damn about their customers. It made my partner extremely upset and he requested me not to ever send him to any KFC ever again and that there are plenty of other restaurants and fast foods in Lombard area.

By far the worst KFC location I’ve ever been to. Ordered online, got there a couple minutes after it said it was ready, doors locked and no one responding to the drive-thru. I had to drive up to the window, found all of the workers were hiding and camped out on their phone. I guess they decided to close hours early. Ended up waiting 37 minutes for my food that I had already paid for an hour earlier online. I’ve worked fast food, I get that it sucks, but all of those people should be fired.
Visited this KFC for the first time and service and the staff were great and actually the food was very fresh and really good. I was surprised. As I've been to others and it hasn't been as fresh
