I just bought 3 pc meal with fruit puch. The chicken looked and tasted old. The fruit punch water down. It's ridiculous you spend money and serve you old food. I will never go back to KFC in Lombard on Roosevelt.

Just left there after ordering 8 piece nuggets. Nuggets were dried out as if they were sitting under a heat lamp all day , shriveled up and barely looked like nuggets at all! Of course didn't know till I got home. Luckily I only paid $5 and didn't order a full meal or would've definitely been ticked off more! Should've gone to Chik-Fil-A like I started too! Lesson learned....sad that most of these fast food joints have gone completely downhill and off the rails since Covid...guess I need to start eating more at home!! ?

They told me to wait 7 minutes for my wings and to pull to the side to wait for them. After 20 minutes of waiting I had to go inside and wait another 10 min to get someone’s attention to remind them about my wings.Yes they completely forgot about me lolSuch a bogus experience

The girl at the window never checked the order no sauces in the box didn’t explain the replacement for not having the fries I ordered something else at the window messed that up until someone else to the window and corrected it when I reached home I called and they hung up o. This KFC is always out of chicken pot pie. ALWAYS TOLD COOKING BE READY IN 20 MIN. Why don't you just take it off your menu. Doesn't matter what day it's always, we're out 20 min, so I think they don't like selling them.

We used to LOVE Kentucky Fried Chicken but we will never get it again!! We ordered ahead thinking it would assure that we got what we wanted. Wrong! First, we ordered 8 pieces of original chicken but when we arrived we were told that three of the pieces would be extra crispy as they ran out of the original!! ALL of the chicken was dry and overdone and the extra crispy pieces were the worst. We were to get 6 biscuits... we got only two biscuits total. The chicken tenders were overdone, dry and mostly just fried batter. The slaw which used to be good tasted sour. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy were bad. A total disaster for Mother's Day.

Worst customer service! Manager Enrique needs to be reprimanded or fired for a negative attitude and employees need to be trained to provide better customer service and not to lie on customer’s face! Looks like I am not the first one and won’t be surprised if this location closes for good!Don’t waste your money, go to Mr. Broast across from them. Great food and good customer service too!!
