I reached out to Lilac to request delivery of donuts and a coffee cake for my mother's memorial services. The person that answered my call and took my order was so kind. She would not let me pay for delivery or provide gratuity. They had no reason to do that other than showing kindness to someone grieving the loss of their mother. I can't put into words what that meant to me.
On top of that, the donuts and cheese coffee cake were out of this world.
