My family has been searching for a bakery that sells swedish flop cake for YEARS after our favorite bakery in chicago closed. I visited this bakery after doing tons and tons of research and asked if they had any and it was all gone! Luckily she told me i could place an order and be able to pick it up the next day. I’m so glad I did! It was EXACTLY like the one my family grew up having and made our tummies happy and brought big smiles and a wave of nostalgia. They’ve gained a regular!
