The chips were the perfect mix of crunchy and soggy, exactly how chilaquiles should be. The queso fresco on top was so good and really tied everything together. Only small note is I wish the red onion was chopped instead of sliced, but honestly overall it was very, very good. Would definitely order again.

My favorite breakfast spot in Lombard. My go-to order is the Mexicana Skillet - it comes with hash browns, chorizo, two eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, queso fresco, jalapeños, and a side of toast. The food is always fresh, delicious, and very filling. Quite often you won't have to wait at all for a table, but at most, you'll end up waiting 10-15 minutes during the busiest times.
The service is incredible. Everyone is friendly, kind, and attentive. If you order coffee, you'll probably leave there having drank 3-4 full cups as they keep topping it off. And at the end of the meal, you'll probably have one of your lowest bills for breakfast for weeks. Cannot recommend Lily's Cafe enough.

Lily's is everything I want in a breakfast diner: Breakfast staples at a reasonable price, coffee served out of the coffee pot, and friendly staff. There are no airs of pretension here, just good solid food for your family. Highly recommended!

Hash brown is little oily. Coffee little expensive.
Recent visit: omelette and skillet taste little bland. Need more spices .
