I was staying at Chicago Lombard for a conference. Looking for dinner options in the area on Wednesday evening, I stumbled upon McDonalds. I had to catch up on some work, so, stopping into McDonalds as a quick option was great! This McDonalds location looks relatively new. There is a drive-thru option, but I decided to go inside the restaurant to place my order. Inside the restaurant, there is plenty of tables to sit and eat at. I took my order to go though. Ordering inside the McDonald's was relatively easy and seamless. There wasn't anyone at the register. I ended up placing my order through the self-service kiosk. If you use the McDonald's Mobile application, you can scan your QR code at the self-service kiosk to get points or use a code for a deal. I ended up ordering the following for dinner and lunch the next day 20 Chicken McNuggets [2] Cheeseburgers, plain with just cheese and pickles Soda It took the team approximately 5 minutes to prepare the order. A receipt wasn't provided from the self-service kiosk, but luckily, the manager at this McDonald's location was able to generate it from their register up-front! Before leaving, I looked at the order to make sure it was accurate. Everything was assembled perfectly and all condiments were provided such as BBQ sauce and ketchup! The food travelled well to the hotel. The chicken nuggets were crispy! The burgers were pretty good for a McDonald's cheeseburger! If you're craving some McDonald's and you're in Chicago Lombard, this is a great location to stop by!

The gave me the most perfect and tasteful double cheese burger i ah e ever had in my entire life from McDonalds. Seriously it was insane. Whoever made it emulated the advertising perfectly. Will always go to the McDonalds after woodfield from now on.

This is a decent location for a McDonald’s. The food was hot and fresh, the fries piping hot! I met my husband here for lunch, on his lunch break. The only thing I didn’t like was the kiosk ordering, it kept glitching, and we couldn’t use my app, no free fries. Otherwise, it was a good experience.Parking: There is also a lot right across the way.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, large restrooms and accessible tables.

Not bad of a place even though they got my order wrong. They fixed it right away and the burger was piping hot. Everything was fresh. Wide drive through lanes. Pretty decent place if you ask me.
12/6/23 went through drive-through today gave them the offer code for my double cheeseburger and free sandwich from My rewards program and they forgot to put it in the bag second time this week they've done that check recheck and double check your orders before you leave the drive-thru.Parking: Parking in the Drive-Thru Lane area is very congested at lunch time and dinner time you have people backing into the drive-thru and almost hit you not a good situation for anyone.
