This place overall is just terrible. The service is horrendus, the food is comparable to cold Wendy's and the place is not clean. I would not recommend ever walking into this sad excuse of an establishment. Not to mention, the employees cannot speak English which makes it very hard to communicate.

Regarding the salad bar, I was appalled that they allow the serving tongs to be handled by the public and then left lying completely across/on top of the lettuce. How unhygienic! The tongs are too short to be properly handled at just one end and then reinserted at an angle back into the lettuce bins so the dirty end isn't fully in contact with the lettuce. If they do secure longer tongs, signs reminding people to be courteous handling them would also be helpful. Obviously, for years up until now, nobody cared about this health hazard.

Food is ok, and prices are good, but the service is brutal. Placing an order is like working with the keystone cops; constant repeating, disorganization, and having to wait way too long for food from their grill side. Their actual cafe space is good, but hard to navigate when there are more than 5 people waiting to order food at one time. I work in their building and have given them multiple opportunities to make a positive impression on me as a customer, but I find myself leaving at least once a week being apologized to by one of their staff for something they did wrong or made me wait for. I'm done giving this place second chances.

My favorite lunch place. The Buffalo Chicken wrap is outstanding. They use freshly cooked chicken breast and dice it up for the sandwich. Also, the Chili is worth the try as well, Monday-Wed-Fri is Chicken Chili and Tues-Thurs is Beef. Our team is in the building next store and we will make the trip at least a couple of times a week.
