I'm just a teacher's wife trying to show appreciation during teacher appreciation week and ironically this store didn't follow directions and gave me a grammatically incorrect treat. The issue is that I could not get a refund and they couldn't fix it until the next day. There was one worker and he was not trained to address mistakes. He offered up no solutions and I was there for thirty minutes ultimately having to take the cookie or not give my gift at all. I'll see if I can wipe the icing off myself...

Mrs. Fields at Yorktown center has great customer service! The cookies are great and the workers are very helpful!
The young kid working there didn't want 2 put the shake I bought in the clear cups they come in saying, management has asked us not to. Although the clear cups were in front bt the counter. I explained that if it was an up charge, I would pay. I didn't want the flimsy cup he was attempting 2 give me. He gave a bit of an attitude and said I don't get paid enough for this. More training is needed for customer service, being that this place is in the Lombard Mall.

So I am big big fan of Miss Fields cookies. For more than 20 years. But I noticed this location cookies was undercooked and did not taste the same. Maybe it was just a bad batch. But because I love mrs Fields so much I will try it again.
