It’s really cool that they have halal options on their menu, however their halal pho is considerably worse than their normal pho. They should be able to make good pho for all audiences.

After recently moving to the Lombard area and craving some Asian food, I decided to try Noodles Pho U after Googling a few local restaurants. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The only positive aspect of my visit was the speed with which I was able to place and pick up my order.
I ordered the pho and a banh mi, but neither lived up to expectations. The pho was bland, lacking the rich and flavorful broth that defines this iconic dish. The banh mi was also a disappointment—overpriced for what it was and far from the authentic taste I grew up enjoying.
Having spent my childhood surrounded by incredible Vietnamese food in Houston, TX, I can confidently say this fell short of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I wouldn’t return to this restaurant and would recommend others to explore alternative options if they’re looking for a true taste of Vietnamese flavors.

The wings are MASSIVE! I really wish they’d tell you that the wings are injected or jumbo before allowing you to purchase. I went against my better judgment and ordered the wings and can’t even eat one of them. The server was kind, but she did ask me to let them know how the wings are as if they don’t really sell as much as other items. I highly suggest not to get the wings they’re too big! A waste of money, but I guess a learning experience.

Went in on a whim. Food was fantastic and we each had a little bit to take home. 2 noodle dishes, 2 apps, no drinks $50. Totally worth it and I’m looking forward to my next trip.
Looks like management has changed and food is not the same anymore. Ordered takeout and the dish was not as per order. Paid more for Halal as well and Hardly 4 pieces of chicken in a chicken dish. Called back and the team member said no manager is there to handle so leave a message and send a photo. Never heard back.

This spot has good food, the first time I went I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, but after a while the quality became a bit inconsistent for me. I think I noticed this mainly with pick up orders. However it is still a great place to go eat occasionally.

Stopped in here for dinner. Service was so fast! Food was amazing. Fair prices. The indoor area was a bit hot, but also this was during a heat advisory 110 F heat index in August, and maybe regular AC just couldn't keep up with that day (unusual heat for this area). Heat still didn't deter me from ordering the Pho though, so delicious! Ordered the Pho with pork dumplings for appetizer, and Lychee tea with Lychee jelly. My sister ordered the rice noodle bowl with tofu, and the summer rolls with tofu ham. Everything was amazing, and fair pricing.
