An mean old woman who I heard be called by the name of “Esther”, was extremely rude, she was insulting one of the teenagers working there and I have never seen someone so lazy complain so much about people doing work. Absolutely disgusting and grimy behavior. Never coming back -putting on a front for paying customers (not even because she doesn’t smile and greet anyone) just to turn around and be wretched to those helping run what I assume is a family business is plain mean and absurd. I hope she gets whatever treatment needed to learn how to treat others life before she ends up living mean old sad life. Whoever the manager is needs to get this woman out before she runs out the employees and destroys this business. I will say the servers that DID greet me were very nice ladies -hope to see them more.

This is definitely not authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The broth for the pho is extremely subpar and lacks authentic flavor. The chicken for the Pho is Tyson grilled chicken strips 😒. I suggest if you want a more authentic Pho you should try Pholicious in Bloomingdale or Pho n grill in Glendale Heights. The service was good however.

I was in the area and was craving soup a little bit so decided to check out this place. Tom Yum is highly recommended! PS. The only thing I didn’t like - there was no napkins on the table. Please put more than one napkin.

I have had Pho before and I have always liked it, however, when we ordered here the pho had a very strong odor to it. We also ordered the beef bowl with rice there, was barely any beef and most of the bowl was rice and veggies. It felt like a waste of money because we could not even finish the pho and did not get our money back either.
