This used to be a good pizza place. I'm not sure what happened but I feel management changed. The pizza hardly has toppings. And they constantly get the order wrong. The boneless chicken is now smaller and the quality has gone down. The search for a new pizza place begins.

From out of town and ended to try a mom and pop “Chicago style”. Old Town was recommended by our hotel. Called and was told there is dine in available. There are literally 3 two person tables about the size if a dinner plate.
Staff was very friendly and willing to help with ingredients for a gluten free kiddo. We ordered a small Chicago style, small Sicilian style, gluten free pizza, Greek salad snd bread sticks. The price I was charged was NOT the price on the menu! Menu price says $13.75 plus $2.00 a topping. I paid $15.75 plus $2.50 upcharge for Chicago and Sicilian plus $2.50 a topping. I could have overlooked the pricing had it been amazing pizza.
The 12 inch gluten free ended up being about 8 inches. The owner noticed and gave us a credit. The salad was about 1/2 the box for $12! The pizzas weren’t bad they just weren’t great! There was so much dough that was bland and dry. Yes I’ve had Chicago before so I know there is a lot of dough. The sauce s also not very flavorful. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Then maybe we’d have gotten the thin crust.

$6 slice pretty damn good. Big fan of the crust it’s a little flakey almost like a pretzel or something.

Would’ve been better off taking my $7 I spent on a slice and getting a frozen pizza across the street from Jewel.

Paid $13 for 2 cold undercooked slices. Terrible.
** update** now that I have had nearly 24 hours to reflect. I feel even more Violated, insulted, and robbed. That these crooks charged me nearly $14 for cold and undercooked slices.
I came in and bought two slices of pizza. They were very cold. I will never come here again!

Horrible. Was told $48 for order over the phone. Get there and the total was $55. All the online prices were not correct. They would not honor the prices or give any kind of discount. We order from there all the time! They just lost a repeat customer!

CONs for OTP the dbl crust had ZERO salt so while I got the chewy texture I wanted (hence why I hadn't ordered thin crust), it was flavorless. Am I the only person who pulls the crust off and eats it first? Dan's in DG (was outside their delivery area) allows one to order packets of parm and red pepper $0. Side of banana peppers or giardiniera only fifty cents. Plus plates and silverware for nada. Not so here. (Wasn't at home so this would have been helpful). PROs for OTP, I pulled an outdated 2024 menu out of the drawer and the coupon code for free delivery still worked (OTP128). When you order a topping for only 1/2 the pizza, they charge you half as much. The pizza arrived in 40 minutes (on time) and was hot and fully cooked without any charring. The clearly fresh ingredients were well distributed. Cheese wasn't overly thick (but because it is straight Mozz not a lot of flavor there either). So bang for my buck, Capri counter in GE is still going to be my go-to for dbl crust. OTP has an extensive menu, I'll give something else a try another time as they've been around for years, so maybe it's my taste buds that had an off night. BTW 18" Dbl Dough 2.5 toppings ran >$34

Slice of pizza was barely warm at the registered person was unfriendly, mean. Never going there again , get used to best place and worker's.
Great thin crust pizza and burgers are excellent.
Been ordering their pizza for years, my goto is the thin crust sausage pizza with basil. Cheese is thick not a lot of sauce so keep that in mind but for me it is perfect.
The hidden gem of this place is there burgers though! Grilled perfectly.

Ordered pickup from the Old Town Pizza yesterday for dinner!
Customer service was friendly and the food was ready for pickup in 35 minutes.
Standard pizza shop ambiance with low lights.
I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza half cheese and half jalapeños along with an order of breadsticks that came with marinara sauce.
The pizza and the breadsticks were decent
