The Original Rainbow Cone - Lombard

Word’s can’t explain how great this store is. I came here yesterday and the staff was beyond amazing. Very sweet and helpful. Manager was very involved with the crew as well! I left here a few hours ago with my family and even they were so satisfied with the service. I Introduced myself today to the manager on the shift, Nia who I encountered yesterday as well. I did mention I was here yesterday, and today I brought my family and we were just so happy with the service. She brought us our order to the table since I couldn’t carry all of the items by myself LOL. Very genuine young lady! As well as the younger girl Ale! Bringing the family back for sure so be ready for us team!!

I had 1 scoop chocolate waffle cone , it was DELICIOUS!!! the cone was warm so Imma assume freshly made. My friend had their strawberry short cake Sunday and he said it was a Def a 1000/1000 Def with the price.

Me as a sweet tooth connoisseur, the Strawberry shortcake sundae here was a 1000/1000! For the price, taste, overall portion is definitely worth it! If you don’t want to be super big-back like me it’s enough to share!

We just left the Lombard location. Great service and great ice cream. We had a strawberry sundae and a turtle sundae. The Mrs. forgot to ask for vanilla ice cream in her strawberry sundae(they used strawberry ice cream). They both were good. This location has become our summer ice cream spot this year.

I had such an amazing experience, thanks to an amazing server who took my order. Her name was Nia! She was extremely kind and friendly. I didn’t really know what to order and she helped me so much! Additionally, the icecream is AMAZING. I ordered the original rainbow cone and it was fantastic!!! So happy I found this place and I will be back very soon. I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

So quick and cashier overly nice when so busy there. By the way , Who won the free year of ice cream yesterday? We went there to enter🍦

2 rainbow cones 1 in a waffle cone (+$.99) equals 1 happy wife and baby. Instructions on how to eat were a bit unclear so just went to town mixing all 5 flavors. Was not disappointed.

Variety of flavors, quality is not the best it's okay.

Michala is amazing!! It was my hubbys birthday and his favorite is the orange dream. She went above and beyond by taking the time to make this for us into a quart so I could surprise him. Thank you so much Michala!!
