They have room for improvement. The ribs are extremely fatty, it would help if they trimmed down some of it, alot of it was not edible. The brisket should be cut thicker. Cutting it thin as they do, the brisket gets dried out faster and ends up being tough. The brisket tasted okay, the ribs gave me a stomach ache due to how fatty it was.The other issue I have is the quantity, quality and variety of sauces. For my order of $150 dollar order, they threw in only three tiny servings of their bbq sauce. They also only had one kind and the sauce they did provide tasted like a mixture of Tabasco hot sauce and a generic BBQ sauce.

I was always looking for a place where I can find halal brisket and ribs that weren't only halal m, but actually tasted very good. I was very happy with the quality of food O&T BBQ served. The biggest thing for me was consistency as well and they gave that. Would definitely recommend their brisket sandwiches as well. Overall was satisfied with the service and food. Website also makes its very easy to place the order and looks very professionally done.Highly recommend to anyone looking for some good brisket and ribs

True definition of a 5-star experience. These guys put a lot of care and attention into what they do, and it really shows. The ordering process is well thought out, the food is out of this world (lived in South Texas for 9 years, had a lot of BBQ) and I can say in all honesty that Ox & Tail really punch above their weight class.Keep it up, hoping for a shop with regular hours so we can just pop in and grab it rather than ordering ahead. But it’s hard to do that with BBQ, I get it! But hey, a guy can dream.

Such a wonderful establishment. Extremely happy that there's a hand slaughtered zabiha halal option for ribs and briskets. I had the brisket and ribs and both are phenomenal. However, for me my personal favorite is the whole chicken. Absolutely smoked to perfection with a perfect amount of spicy kick to it. Plus the pumpkin dessert is to die for.

I got the ribs and brisket for main entrees and creamed corn, coleslaw for main entrees. The brisket burger was delicious, juicy and flavorful, idk if they're making their own buns or buying them but the bun was very impressive. Soft and decadent, a definite recommendation. The ribs were absolutely delicious, smoked very well. The bbq sauce on the side for both of these was really good, it has a little bit of spice(not spicy though). Just wish the sauce was a little thicker, it is a tad runny. I would definitely recommend both of these items without question.The creamed corn I personally thought was good but bland to my taste buds. It had good consistency and perhaps it is meant for somebody else. The coleslaw was good as well.I would definitely recommend this to everybody. I would have gotten the mac and cheese but unfortunately it was not available.I hope they open a full time store so I don't have to pre order and can just get it whenever I want!
